Hey everyone welcome back to another video today I am super excited we are taking a look at this AWESOME Motorhome! This is the 2023 Coachmen Encore 325ss which is by far my favorite coachmen motorhome of all times. This Class A is almost perfect when it comes to class A motorhomes. Its luxury enough to be nice but nice enough not to be very expensive. Coachmen does something that I absolutely love in the bedroom. They make the best flip up in the master bedroom so you can actually get changed!

Wow I hated those are these in Europe So I know I am North American đ And as a German-jewish person I wouldn't even look at the Mercedes expensive ones because they basically built their company in World War 2
Personally, I prefer this manual bunk over a hydraulic system. Hydraulic bunks are wonderful until thereâs a problem and Iâve had mine get stuck in the down position more than once; very expensive to repair (and thatâs IF you can get it repaired timely), and itâs ruined 2 trips for us. Great motorhome!

I think Manual Bunk Beds are Better, because Electrical things Tend to Spoil at Some Point â
All cabinet and drawers should be soft close. Just a pet peeve of mine, after having them in my home hard to live without.
My Likes: 1. The CCC ( It could enable adding a hydraulic motorcycle lift on the rear). 2. The full length useable dinette drawers. 3. Icemaker in fridge 4. Rear window to wake up to at some campgrounds. 5. Outdoor kitchen (side note- take the regulator out of your grill because the tank is already regulated). 6. 10 gal HW heater would be nice if you add Wash/Dry. 7. Full body paint. 8. Humongous pantry w lots of storage. 9. Storage under the bed. 10. light interior colors. 11. Big tires should make a smoother ride than my 19". 12. Back splash. 13. Convection oven. 14. Drawer instead of teeny oven. 15, Love the length when camped, but not sure about length when driving?. 16. Manual overhead bunk has 500 lb. capacity vs electric in same model is only 300 lbs. (would an electric bed motor reduce CCC?)17. Electric heated massage recliners directly across from TV. 18. Depth of drawers on wardrobe wall. 19. All of the covered Awning space. 20. 100 watt solar. 21. Travel mode accessibility including the bathroom door that allows better access when slide in. 22. Soft close doors. 23. Maxx Air fan in kitchen to prevent false fire alarms ...... Dislikes: 1. No rear bumper. 2. Fuel fill placement. 3. No doggy window 4. No medicine cabinet (limited bathroom storage) 5. Love this! Not a fan of that bathroom either but it would not be a deal breaker. Pantry could use a few drawers.

This was a nice looking class A. I am not too familiar with them, but the bathroom issues, I would agree with you guys.
At last, a high contrast colour scheme! Finally replaced all the beige with some lighter whites, although the flooring should be a Scandinavian style light timber look to match.
This one is too big for me, but I've got the Pursuit 27XPS on the shortlist,and after watching this hopefully we start to see the updated colour schemes everywhere now
Likes: CCC, travel mode accessibility, full body paint, outside kitchen
Dislikes: Exposed fuel fill up (needs a cover with lock), carpeted storage
Love the floor plan very much!! That pantry is huge!!! Thank you Coachman for having somewhere to store all our food/small kitchen appliances/cooking pans.
I would love for that price to be a little lower and it would be on the short list for purchasing!!

This is a really nice RV. One of my favorites for the price range. I think Coachmen did very well with this one. I like the decor, layout, and the way the bed raises to provide more space and storage is genius. Thanks for the videos, they're helpful.
Absolutely fabulous sales person can't believe it know I wanna wash your and dryer in it but you can make that a positive thing because you're just simply the best đ
The kitchen counter extension was on the small side. Backslash needs different tile.
I've come to realize how much I agree with Matt about the booth dinette. I HATE booths at restaurants. If I get stuck on the wall side, I'm trapped. They're never as comfortable as a chair, and since I'm 6'2" tall, they never fit. The space could be allocated to a decent bathroom with a medicine cabinet (as an old guy I sadly have a LOT of that stuff), and to providing more counter space for the kitchen. It's very pretty and there are lots of very nice touches.

Matt, I agree with you that this is a nice coach. Big dislike is the headliner is not cool, another is no 50 amp reel for the power cord. Decore in the small bathroom is a fail - too much stuff in there - not functional.
Matt was absolutely right, the weird door, the radius shower and the porta potty looking toilet is terribleđbut I was impressed to finally see a decent fiberglass roof instead of a cheap TPO roofđ
I am totally wowed by the setup under the bed. What a surprise! Great floor plan and pretty colors. I agree the bathroom is not the greatest but I could live with it. Love the outside kitchen and full body paint. A really desirable RV.
I like the murphy bed but the hydrolic cylinders I think are in the way. Also good jump. Happy Thanksgiving!
Hi Matt and Andrea! This is a nice Rv. Great floor plan. My dislikes are the bathroom radius shower. Thatâs basically it. My likes are the bed how it flips up and has storage drawers and you sit down to tie your showed. Very nice. And you can walk to the bedroom with the slides in. Love the seats across from the tv. Love the storage. Thank you Matt and Andrea! Hope you all have and had a great Thanksgiving.

I agree with the dislikes and likes. I would want to redo the bathroom and add color to the backsplash. I don't know that I really like the bed over the cab. If you don't need it often, I guess it's fine. But that bedroom and all the storage is crazy! I love that kitchen/dinette set up and storage. It feels like there's so much storage, even with an outdoor kitchen.
I wish I could jump that high. You got atleast 4 feet off the ground Matt. You rock dude!!!!
Hey Matt / Andrea quick version tonight itâs been a long day .:. đđœ exterior appearance, use the bed with slides in, W/D prep, cockpit trim, storage stays up when the OHB goes down, good ccc, king beds rule (especially with the flip up) .:. đđœ OHB is small, sleeps 4 eats 4 but seating 4 is separated by the dinette, kitchen (no oven, small counter, elevated fridge, but a big pantry), and the toilet is crammed into the corner .:. Competes with my favourite class C for 80 grand more, might be worth the jump .:. Thanks for a review M/A, happy thanksgiving !!!

Love this RV. The bedroom setup is fantastic. Lovely decor....great kitchen. Matt did not mention solar panels on the roof... a definite must.
I really like this motorhome! The bedroom is so cool! King bed that lifts up! How unique! The recliner chairs are awesome! But, the bathroom, feels claustrophobic! I love the accent wall in the bathroom! At 35+ feet, it is not State & National Park friendly. So sad. đ. Really do like this one!!!

I would have pulls on the cabinets up front in the cab. I love the backsplash...very metro. I don't like the counter extension...not flush and too small. The bathroom is not laid out well and that wierd wallpaper strip is very odd. The toilet alcove reminds me of my friends old NYC apartment...her toilet was in a small closet and you had to walk backwards into it. Love the awesome trick bed. That is really a great idea and use of space.
Thank you Andrea and Matt for another great video. In your experience can you share with us what you think is the quietest Gas Class A Rv going over the road? There is a great deal of time spent behind the wheel and rattles and banging can be fatiguing. Thank you for your help!
Ok an Outdoor kitchen without a Grill or a Place too Put One is Not An Outdoor kitchen. Then in the kitchen that little tiny Table is not a Countertop Extension they could have put a bigger one on the Space above the Drawers it could have been Longer and nicer
Maybe ots because I live on the Gulf Coast but I don't get all the dark colors! đ It's so hard to keep them cool so that's my first dislike đ
#2) cameras not integrated in mirrors. They're just going to get to dirty to use.

2) wet bay is gorgeous & generator has a fob start
3)love you can use the whole RV with slides in & LOVE the bed flip!!!! & the stackable washer dryer as well as all the interior colors!! (How's that for a combo?!?)
I love everything⊠except that ridiculous cab over bed! Unfortunately thatâs my bed and I need more headroom than that⊠how much would it cost to replace?

Great video guys! Dislikes: front headlights look cheap, taillights too, overhead bunk looks cheap. Bathroom fails on all levels. Likes: love the bedroom new feature, I really like the kitchen backsplash, also like the captain seats.đ
Looks to me like there is more room in the radius shower than the squared one. I don't have a problem with the radius shower at all.
This is still my favorite, if theyâd switch placement of sink and toilet itâd be so much better!
Floor plan designers try to never have the toilet right smack in front of the door way. Keep watching these vids and youâll notice this.
(Weâre not talking about a 15 ft TT trying to squeeze in a tiny dry bath here lol.) đ»

Why isn't the rear fuel fill not one of your dislikes? Pulling all the way forward to access the fuel fill and blocking drive area forward of the pumps can't be fun. You'd think they would go with a duel side fill just aft the drivers / co-drivers area.

Nothing wrong with the bathroom, sink is usable! Dinky sinks are not! Shower looks very nice actually. (Matt doesnât like them because of his size. Prime pooing position, same issue.) Wall paper is unique, from a distance I like it, canât see it close up here. Only thing missing, need a medicine cabinet somewhere?
Over all, like the decor of this RV, love the overhead cab bed mechanism-itâs brilliant, less mechanical hassle.
Only thing common on motor homes is dinky kitchens with no counter space to make a sandwich? đ€Ż. But yet my truck camper has counter space and a residential size sink. Go figure. I think all of these manufacturer rv designers need to go oversea and get inspired. đ»
More RVs should have a bed like that

Love it except no ladder...Why has Coachman stopped installing ladder's? Likes: full body paint, bigger tires, king bed, two awnings, outside kitchen, pass thru storage, ccc, light colored cabinets, pull out storage under the dinette seating, love the feature under the bed. dislikes: only one bath, no ladder, no oven, shower. Good sale price.
This is the RV I hope to purchase in 2 years. BUT, the interior to me is so off. Iâm sorry to say the 2022 is beautiful and the 2023 misses the mark. My dislikes are: the backsplash tile, the black in the molding, the white front driving seats, valances not decorative, ugly clock and the bathroom definitely needs to be reformatted. My likes are: white cabinets with black or silver handles, outdoor kitchen, under the bed changing, manual bunk, great kitchen lay out!!! I know this RV has a great price point, but Coachmanâs decorator can pick a much better look to make it feel high end. Change the old fashion flooring to the hard wood vinyl planks also. Hopefully when I go to buy Coachman you will make that bathroom change. Please also consider these changes. I would love to purchase a Encore in the future!
With the tower of powers, are they still using USB 2.0 or are they using USB 3.0 / 3.1 / USB-C ? I ask because to charge devices in a decent time they need to be 3.1 or higher.

I'm surprised that this one is your favorite motorhomes Matt. The drop down bunk over the cockpit is disappointing, the radius shower, the tight space for the toilet, the tight bedroom space. On the positive side great layout. the space under the bed is the best feature in any class A I've seen.

That MSRP is way to high for what it is. I would expect that Motorhome for around 100.000 $ and no more MSRP. That includes all aluminum construction outside, frame and inside or inside Azdel. I would never pay 100.000 $ for an fiber glass roof, outer shell Motorhome. That fiberglass will crack over time and will be shiny for the first 2 years. After the warranty period you will see leaks and cracks all over the place and the Motorhome will rust (since it is not aluminum).
Other than that I like the front bunk bed but would expect a bit more bunk beds. This is an rather small Motorhome and I can not see an MSRP for over freak'n 200 Thousand Bucks for this size. You are better off with an trailer if it's this size and then all aluminum no wood. Way cheaper. An Motorhome is basically only an trailer RV with an motor and they charge you this insane amount of money for the motor. I would expect this to have an garage as well and an separated loft for bunk beds and office space. The garage for an entire car to be fit and on top an happy jack bed and some benches and maybe an additional full bathroom.
This fiber glass will crack and rot your wood interior and the insulation in the walls away after passed the warranty period. Aluminum et least will not crack under sunshine (UV radiation) and will not leak water in if it's an continuous one piece roof.
These are way to expensive.
After all I have read and seen about new RVS Iâll pass. Manufactures are churning out as many units as possible & not paying their staff for the extra work required to complete as many units as possible. The build quality has dropped through the floor to the extent that they often never leaving the dealership. Itâs a big issue for all RVers who love the lifestyle and yet donât know the problems ahead for the next few months as parts are unavailable en mass.
If you want a good RV you need to go back in time to find a period when the coaches were hand built and overseen by the experts. I believe that earlier low mileage coaches represent the best value that money can buy. Updating the interior to suit your requirements is possible with every RV. Finally you have something of value and not a tin can on wheels.
Itâs most definitely a no for me.
Whoever designed both the shower and toilet are not considerate people who want you enjoy your experience.
