I have a playlist with numerous songs by these guys on it. This might be my absolute favourite track of them all!
those guys shred on instruments most people have never heard of.
easily the most joyful piece of music I've heard
And juat 2 ppl doing it!
So good!
How does this not have millions of views??
I`m working on it.
It tickles!
That has got to be one of the sweetest sounds I've ever heard in my life.. You're guys are incredible
Klingelt sehr gut,
Thanks a lot!
The combination of these 2 resonant fiddles with such tight playing is the best I've ever heard!
It is NOT a fiddle- Its a nykelharpa.
@@geoffbeswick6032 One of the musicians is playing a Norwegian Hardinger fiddle and a Nyckelharpa is a type of fiddle. It is a bowed string instrument and all bowed string instruments are types of fiddles according to the Sachs-Hornbostel classification of musical instruments.
@@senoJCA13 forgive me Your Mighty Infallibleness.
Norway and Sweden 👍
Oh I vibe with this heavily
Lovely
Wonderful playing and, I must say, wonderful filming! The foreground/background portrait shots, where you stare straight in to the camera, were just excellent and gave me such a good laugh!
Yes. We worked a lot with that :)
This is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever heard.
Verkligen. Helt otroligt spel
What a joyous sound!
A wonderful piece of music, played very well on extremely interesting instruments!
A joy to watch and listen.
Why did it take CZcams algorithms so long to recommend this video to me?????

Väldigt medryckande!

Otroligt vackert! Hardingfele och nyckelharpa låtar väldigt bra tillsammans! Älskar andra stämman!
Det bästa jag hört.

Jäklar vad bra grabbar!
❤❤❤
this is amazing!! music for soul!!!
Nyckelharpa- I had never even heard of this instrument. It sounds great.
The Hardanger fiddle- 8 string- is very resonant. Great job. It might have 10 strings, instead.
Love it. Just love it. You guys are invited to ALL my parties.😃😃😃
Where are your parties? :)
In the mountains of British Columbia, Canada, where the snow is falling right now as I speak. There's no getting away from winter in Canada. LOL
Both instruments are beautiful. Intricate and unique in construction, they bring style to sound, like rhythm does to poetry.
What is that instrument? Not the fiddle, the other one? Please.
It's a Nyckelharpa
It would be wonderful if someone could lead us through a video on how this instrument works….it’s tuning….and general information on the key mechanism.
hey im actually fro the zumbrota school that you just visited the music was great btw!
+TexX Psycho Thanks!
does this auditory awesomness have sheet music?
Hi. It does. If you find Erik Rydvall on Facebook, write to him and I´m sure he will help you!
I wonder if the nickle harpa has tangents like hurdy gurdy ?
Yes, the nyckelharpa tangents (keys, or "löv" in Swedish) work the same way as on the hurdy gurdy :)
I have a tough time trying to answer the question: Is Olav Myelva or Duncan Chisholm the better violinisr?
fantastic guys. who made the harpa? beautiful carving details.
Thank you! The maker is Esbjörn Hogmark.
fug ya'll shred

Man its annoying to see the "Rullstråk" looking so effortless!
Makes me mad! 🙃
