1) Five boiled potatoes
2) 2 cups wheat flour
3) Salt to taste
4) 1 Tsp.roasted Jeera powder
5) 1 Tsp. black pepper powder
6) A Tsp. Turmeric powder
7) 2 Tsp. Chilli flakes
8) 2 Tsp.dry Fenugreek leaves
9) 1cup. coriander leaves
10) oil to fry
SERVING INGREDIENTS
1) TEA
2) MANGO PEACKLE
