Frittelle di Patate Zucchine e Carote ,un contorno o un secondo gustoso e saporio

Oggi vi propongo ,una ricetta semplicissima da preparare e perfetta in ogni occasione, la ricetta frittelle di patate zucchine e carote ,è ottima per un antipasto, aperitivo o secondo piatto sfizioso, si preparano in pochissimi minuti, non contengono lievito.
Ingredienti:
3 patate 360gr
2 carote 215gr
1 zucchina 340gr
1 cucchiaino di sale
1 uovo
prezzemolo secco
pepe nero macinato
120gr semola rimacinata di grano duro
