@qfproductionsuk You are right - for the first couple of years it was produced by TVS but when they lost their broadcasting licence at the end of 1992, Scottish Television took over production though it was still recorded in the same studio it was during its TVS tenure. A similar thing occured with another kids TV series from the same era, namely How 2!
From where did you get the portuguese one? Because the Media Merchants bumper never showed on the portuguese broadcast so I'm assuming you got it from someone who worked on the production team.

When TVS stopped making art Attack, STV and the media merchants made the rest of the series.
