How This Refugee Made MILLIONS With Donuts

  • Los Angeles boasts the most donut shops in the country. It started when a man named Ted Ngoy came to California in 1975 as a refugee from Cambodia. Within three years he became a millionaire, creating his own chain of donut shops across the city. A new documentary, “The Donut King” tells the story of how he achieved his American Dream and then lost it all. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more. #InsideEdition
