Remember you go to school to learn not to glow up for anyone do it for your self not for other people if others bring you down 44554 ignore them like u ignored that number . If you are embarrassed act like you don’t care . If a friend betrayed you try find one or a few good friends. If your feeling insecure remember why do you need to look different and nobody is perfect also their is at least 2 people in ur class who want to look like you . If you struggle to say no think about the consequences and how it will impact on you . If you want to be stronger don’t care about other people in a few years you won’t know them ! As a topper, here's what I actually do: 1. It's not really that important to have a routine or timetable for studying especially when you don't know what's gonna come up the next day to ruin your plans and sometimes it can be burdensome too so rather just make up your mind like - I'll complete this topic any how today and just do it whenever you feel like it. But yeah if you're more likely to procrastinate, just set up a time table and stick to it. 2.It's really good to study the things before they are covered in class but if you don't have time for that then just don't do it, it's okay. Just be sure to listen to every single detail that the teacher talks about and don't write anything down during the explaination because its difficult to write and understand at the same time. I've observed that listening to your teacher and being attentively actually saves a lot of time during your self study session because you'll already be familiar with the things. 3. Rather than spending hours taking notes, it's really much better to use your book more efficiently. Like, you can just read a paragraph and then form 3-4 or as many small questions as you can from that and write it in a piece of paper of evsn beside that paragraph in the book itself and for revising, just look and those questions and try to answer them. The ones you answer will automatically get revised by you answering them, and the one's you cannot answer just revise those.It saves time and is more fun to test yourself rather than just reading again to revise. 4. If you think starting to study is the hardest part for you then just make a rule that from this time to this time I'll only study. And during the set time, you cannot use your phone and you cannot step out from your study space. So you'll have no option left other than just picking up your book. And it's actually harder to study if you try to convince yourself to study.So just start studying without thinking anything and don't try to convince yourself to study. 5.When studying, imagine about getting good grades and how everyone around you will react if you got them. This will help you to get motivated for studying. Know that you're studying for a greater cause and it will pay off. You're doing it for yourself only and your future self will be so proud of you and ever grateful to you for that. I hope these help❤ Btw. @Jammie_jennah Trust me, you are smart and you can get good grades if you put your mind to it. Just work hard to reach your goals. You might say you study a lot but still get bad grades but it’s likely because you are using a wrong study method. I believe in you :)

1.
