That Stand 😄😅😆 When I'm at Dad's shop look around in the background! You will see 4 or 5 of them JUST LIKE THAT! 😆😅😄 That is so cool.... This is a "last resort" but that T-Housing.... couple years back I did a '46 Plymouth and finding a new housing for that was beyond impossible. So I used damn near a full "Steel Stick" on it. Ground it down & re-shaped it with a flapper disc, and to this day it's still holding strong. Granted the car is only drove on weekends on 20-30 mile bursts, but it's never leaked.
Another good little progress vid Jay...keen to see how she goes with the new manifold.. Jason struggling with those balljoints gave me flashbacks too!! Keep er rollin boys!!!
Speaking on reusing an aluminum BMX 4 bolt handle bar neck gives you a free t-bar remover! Every Mopar man worth his salt has boxes of bolts and brackets hidden everywhere! If you get a HFT vibration tumbler and toss all your hardware in with a little soft scrub and green media and they come out like new the next morning....plus then you can do something else while they run... Lol 😆
I didnt see if your distributor has a vaccum advance ? if it doesnt you can bring your #1 pistion up to top dead center and unplug your wires androtate your distributor cap till both of the cap clamps are exposed and reposition the plug wires when the caps plug wire post is on the #1 plug wire with the rotor lined up and then reset the timing ? Cars are coming together great 😎👍🏁
First off, thank you for the Sub!!! Second, I like that driver's side header work! The first pair I helped a friend put on in 1980 was P&A around the steering column. That one looks great. going OD...what year OD transmission did you pick for that?
Great video! I see that you have a MSD box. Do you think it works better than Chrysler’s Orange box? Just curious. Need to upgrade my distributor and was looking for really good opinion. Thanks!👍👍👍👍
Thank you, I've never had the Chrysler ignition in the car (bought it with MSD) however the Chrysler ignition is reliable and easy to modify. Parts are readily available as well.
I’m on a binge watch with your Dart.
Thanks!

I love that stand, it's so convenient to roll around the shop.
Great video! Lots going on in the shop. That's why we have winter. To work on junk. Keep up the good efforts, springs coming!!
Good Video! I like that bore scope camera. That 383 gonna be nice after you freshen up. Thanks for Sharing.

Little but it worked out with a little ingenuity.

It's a mechanical advance. I will be getting to putting it to the proper orientation.

They are TTI headers on the car so the fit well. The trans is out of a 94 B350 Dodge van.
