- The transition to 3.0 has been an adventure but with each update our support gets better and better.
This log goes over the last 3 micro updates which aimed to be small and keep HOPS moving forward. I hope users enjoy the latest update.
When it comes to learning HardOps / Boxcutter there are a couple of paths.

As a viewer and modeler that has gone beyond actually doing my work on a computer and only now in my mind until my anger at my boot drive of my main workstation going down without any warning, not even with disk analysis software giving me a heads up, I'm glad as you guys work out the bugs with 3.0 I don't have to suffer along side you.
In my head, I've made great progress (while playing Ark Survival Evolved...until I can even think of fighting software to get what I want done...)
Keep it up. Your suffering makes me feel no pain at all! Tyvm. Long term equanimity really does help a person...

Hey Master Xeon is it possible that you could add a in viewport transform node pivot to geometry nodes and the way to see is that there will be a dot in the position of the object the Transform node is representing?
interesting idea. we'll have to wait for geometry nodes to stabilize before doing anything specific with them. Currently our goals are
"nonspecific" ensuring our work behaves with 293 and 300.

The new node Tools are very cool but
1. does it only works for Geometry Nodes or also in Shading ?
2. maybe I still missing something, but are you really faster with this than directly searching for the nodes you need ?

Master I've found an error yesterday with material scroll and car paint. Where it's better to posted it and what I should include in report? (tested on different pc's)

Hey mx2 im sitting here working on a project that has a pretty high poly count and Im working to use your tools as much as possible during my work flow (obviously because they are great shortcut tools for modeling quickly and comfortably) but I'm coming across the issue where when I try to use the boxcutter tool on my mesh for adding slides and other internal pieces to the model it lags everything out considerably(I have a 2070 + 1080ti w/ ryzen 9). I was wondering if there was a way to add cuts to the model in a kind of preview mode where it doesn't have to calculate everything and I just set the bounds for my cut and then afterwards it does the calculations. Its hard to make any kind of movements, especially accurate ones and this kind of feature would be great for cutting apart sculptures. Thanks! :)
