Can't wait to acquire Strong Guy. Maverick and Warpath are the two major haves from that wave. Black Tom is a nice filler for the bad guy shelf. But they had to hide the BAF behind these figures cause there's a lot of warmers there.
I've been calling for a Maverick for a while now. Now we need a Agent X Wolverine and Sabretooth as well as a Silver Fox in a S.H.I.V.A. BAF wave!

My strong Guy have the same shoulder problem too. For the havok figure, I used the cuffs from the retro wave "ninja wolverine" and they fit nicely.
Anthony's customs has the same issue with his strong guy. Think we're all getting it like that. If you check out his video he mentions it right at 2:25
Just watched X-Manny. His Strong Guy seems to be immune. Perhaps there's just a bad batch of right arms or torso's out there. The only figure I'm currently missing right now is Shiklah. I'm curious to see how my own Stron Guy turns out when I finally get is right arm.

That Deadpool with the X-men logo on his chest has wrist guards that fit perfectly on Havok
Thanks for the overview Boog. I really like the look of Warpath. I don’t know why they gave him the gripping hands w/o any weapon to grip. They could have given him flight hands to thunder clap, for flight (which he could do at one point) or running (which he can do up to 100mph). I’m currently reading X-force and started with issue #1. The Sunspot outfit comes in later in their run. I picked up a Toybiz figure in high school with this same costume.
The silver shoulder on mine pretty fuzzy. Other than that i love Strong Guy! Great review as always Boog!

I wasn't enthused about this wave beyond Sunspot and Warpath to begin with. But I wanted Strong Guy bad enough that I got the whole thing. Definitely want to see them fill out the X force roster. But I want them to go all the way on that front. I want to see Feral, Rictor, Siryn, and 90's Domino to fill out the team but I also want Kaine, GW Bridge, and Grizzly. And yeah, bring on the Mutant Liberation Front too.
I agree. I hope they make a new Strife. The other one is a lot of money on ebay.

I totally agree Maverick is Definitely the best in this wave we get alot of new parts on this figure, and Hasbro spent all the money on him..I also like the Black Tom figure, and really the whole Wave, Excellent review and video as Usual.
Seems that roughly half of the arms have the gap, and I've seen it on both arms in reviews and online. It is the arms and not the torso, and you can see the hinge on the problem ones jutting out too far creating the gap. So if you learn how they look when screwed up I think you can pick a good one in package if you buy Shiklah and Maverick in person. I think the arm visible in the Shiklah in-box promo shot even has the screwed-up hinge that juts out too far, and if you compare it to the promo out-of-box arm hinge there's a slight difference in how far the hinge comes out of the arm.
Not sure what happened but it may be that the shoulder hinge can be put on backwards or upside-down and they randomly did that during assembly.
Lol I see everyone already reminded you Black Tom is in the wave. As for this Sunspot costume, this was not from New Mutants. When New Mutants ended and was replaced with X-Force, Sunspot was not on the team but still appeared in the book running around with Gideon (wore a vest with no shirt and had metal arms and a high ponytail) and then around X-Force issue #20/21 somewhere by then Sunspot joined the X-Force squad and all of them got costume redesigns by I believe Greg Capullo. So most of the X-Force figures we got so far are Liefeld designs, and this Sunspot look is from the 2.0 version of the X-Force team (Siryn, Rictor and Sunspot joined) with the Capullo-designed costume.
Oof. That shoulder on SG is definitely a QC issue. Mine came out fine with no issues or gaps. Could be either your torso socket or the arm. Hard to tell unless you got the money to flex for another one.
That shark is Jeff the landshark given to DeadPool by GwenPool (formerly hers) in the newest DeadPool comic run.

Boog.. Shiklah has this cool looking dragon side kick that is almost always shown with her named BUG... But Hasbro being fucking at their most irritating packed her with Jeff the Landshark who is a side character of Gwen-pool.. Sloppy research or just a lazy extra the couldn't afford to release with Gwen-pool ?
I don't know which but it is a real diservice to the character Shiklah.. We need a Bug accessory.. it better come witha Deluxe Dracula so he csn give his bride her companion.. oh.. and Deluxe Dracula should come with a retooled Vampire Jubilee and a 90's style Blade head or something you can put onthe Blade figure to tide us over till he gets a rerelease.
Yea, I agree, I would've much rather preferred Bug than Jeff. Jeff should've been packed with Gwen or DeadPool. I can't believe they dropped the ball on that one as Bug is always with Shiklah in just about every page she's drawn on in the comics.

That’s definitely Sunspot’s X-Force costume, it’s the one he wore when he joined the team after previously quitting the New Mutants team right after Cable took over!
It’s weird that Hasbro chose Warpath’s second X-Force costume... so they gave us the original X-Force looks for Cable, Shatterstar, Cannonball and Boom-Boom.... but the second iteration look for him. Oh well, close enough.

Anyone having issues with there Strong guy? heat up the arm! the peg that goes into his body is alittle bent .bend it slightly with some pliers and under some cold water i had the same problem now it’s straight if you put the arms together side by side you’ll see

Jeff the land shark is a pet of Gwen pool, her and Deadpool went a science lab were there was sharks with legs being made Gwen pool fell in love with it and took it home with her. So Jeff the shark is apart of Deadpool.

I'm really upset that they just made this wave a Deadpool wave, instead of actually basing it almost all off 90s xmen characters. Would've liked them to have a 90s Wolfsbane, x factor accurate multiple man, and one of the nasty boys, as a replacement for the Deadpool characters. I'm guessing that the 3 deadpool figs are gonna be big peg warmers.
To keep making Deadpool waves is ridiculous,

I think Hasbro needs to stop trying to do haslab shit and instead focus on quality control because I also bought this entire wave and man the quality control was trash. The last couple of waves have had some serious quality control. I just wish Hasbro would focus more on quality and delivering a solid figure for the price point instead of pushing stupid shit like a 350 dollar sentinel. All the GI Joe figures I've bought so far from the classified line make marvel legends look like shit. I hope that they put all that money they are making on stuff like that sentinel into giving us better female bucks and more unique bucks and better Accesories and paint jobs. The mavrok figure could of been amazing but the fact that he lacks paint of like any kind just bums me out. And sunspot still using the same damn bubble effects we've gotten for like almost a decade. Come on Hasbro, step your game up.
