I can tell that between this one and TM3 that some copyrights were sold to a different game company. What I really love about this one is it actually looks like a racing game and it's classic Sega looking graphics just make it look a lot safer but more challenging than the others.

And I thought I'm a great player :( I remember once I've played with Twister years ago and Axel rammed me with full speed took my whole health bar from green. Maaaaan, the health bar was full and he killed me, went through me as if I was a piece of paper. All I saw was explosion and when it was finally clear, Twister was vaporized :D

Yeah about Axel, if you look closely at him while you're turning in Head On, you can see him twisting around and leaning to make the turn. My money is his legs control acceleration, right foot is gas, left is brake/reverse, and his arms control the turning. Explains why the man's so jacked while staying in exactly the same position for so long, instead of his muscles atrophying.
Does her special reload faster than anyone else? Seemed to be able to pull that off kinda often compared to others. I personally usually run either Grasshopper or Warthog.

Warthog is some driver I don't like. I like Krista Sparks. The driver of Grasshopper. Calypso's daughter.
Shadows special reload is the fastest i think. Outlaws takes forever

Spectre and Mr Grimm suck. Axel looks dumb. Thumper is a cool car. I would get Thumper, take off the fuzzy dice on the mirror and then put on Punisher Air Fresheners on the mirror. Then throw away the fuzzy dice.

@@NatronFatumallafalla Axel has a secret move where his "ramming" move functions exactly like Hammerhead's, at the cost of NO special power. Try it out; it's insane. Only thing I don't like about him is his unwieldy handling and the fact that his body and vehicle block almost half the screen.
@@johnnyfountainS @Johnny Fountains Specter is great in levels where he can sort of "hide and snipe." Like New York. He gets absolutely tenderized in balls-out levels like Holland, though. Mr Grimm has the potential of being the deadliest contestant due to his maximum "glass cannon" potential. But if he's used any other way, he's toast. Thumper is fantastic, even after being nerfed from the first game (he has average 3/5 armor now, instead of 4/5). If you look at the stats of all the cars in the first game, Thumper has literally all 4/5. The only downside I think was his Sluggish handling.

She is the hardest to beat the game with unless you have God mode cheat on Amanda has same armor as Mr Grimm and her special weapon is very unsafe I have to cast Shield before using it.
Dark Tooth is even scarier than Sweet Tooth.
she was def one of my fav characters and was fun to play, but def wasn't a competitive play material, as you had to waste a shield to protect urself from its own special ability which damages you while carrying large opponents in the hurricane... which was kinda dum

I used to get so pissed at this game and took awhile for me too get decent then playing on hard difficulty. Got one of the Input adapters and have been playing non stop when I get pissed I go in god mode and spam freeze the AI and scream at my tv like what’s up now bitch
Why do the graphics of this game look a little different?
It's amazing how this game becomes so much easier when you know how to use energy moves properly, but if I remember correctly the game doesn't tell you how to do them, at least not directly. Your use of mines made minion look like a joke, and the shielded tornado combo seems so obvious in hindsight.
The game doesn't tell you but the instruction manual did.
@@LuisParson Oh true. I forgot the manual existed so I looked it up and it shows how to do freeze, jump, and rear attacks but the rest you have to figure out for yourself by experimentation. It makes sense now why I used freeze so much since I don't think I figured out mines and shield until much later.

enemies were NOT aggressive enough...This was NOT a game when you start playing after 10 restarts,when they are in impossible mode ganking you all the time with turbos...The one with roadkill vs minion in all stages were better,enemies were much more aggressive

Oh God this game...thumper was a hard counter to twister..also enemies wouldn't attack each other and would only use attacks when near you. Could control the AI to kill each other..exp: grasshopper would automatically special the closest enemy.
How do you handle all the crazy stuff that comes in Holland? Any tips/strategies?
Even on Normal I got totally bodied. Usually I just run out of powerups to grab.
Hide in the wind mills. Let them find you. Come out with lots of weapons.

So I won't get stuck with it after beating Moscow. It takes up space for other weapons and only works on three stages. Environment type weapons were better in Twisted Metal Black and Small Brawl.

Probably avoiding demonetaization, also half of the times I lost in New York was because I was pushed off by an explosion while trying to blow up the statue. You gotta be really careful if you wanna see lady liberty blow up without falling of a building.

Just use other weapons when using the special.
When you use the Special, you can use other weapons at same time.
The same strategy works on Mr.Slamm and Hammerhead.

When the map designs are so shit you can just knock off all the ai and install kill.
That's more of a problem with the ricochet being overpowered than map design.
I think it's a mix of everything. The ai being mediocre. Ricochet ring overturned. And maps being too punishing on ai abuse. Idk. I just wish this game series came out in today's multiplayer age of gaming
