i love it so much when i find an old school classic that i never heard before. it maybe old, but new to me.
it works with albums too
It's not Old School bro but New School ;)
Old school is 70s and 80s Hip Hop (for ex: Bambaata, SugarHill Gang, Grand Master Flash)
â@@peweed8412 Hell yeah! It works with jazz, soul, funk, Rock'n'roll classics too for me lol
@@dominiquesadaronne6520 i though its called golden age era but not really new school... At least all people now approach it as old school because the new shit rappers do has almost nothing in common with this lmao ... Seems like the foundation is lost, thats what they call new school
Andrew Mol man this is just good ass music todayâs rap just isnât the same itâs too flashy and itâs usually the same like â hey look at all my money â then they have shitty flow and just eh this tho this has a soul to it this is rap đđ»đđ» this good shit and I hella enjoy this stuff lol
Finally the youtube algorithm putting in the work
Yo man there was plenty of comments that was on here that I looked at yours is â 1 that I want to make a comet back and response I think you got it this is it good job brother

R.I.P Tame One!!! He absolutely killed this beat with witty rhymes and an incredible flow. Sad to hear the news⊠Rest In Peace legend đđŸ
Yeah respectfully so Hurricane G is being acknowledged but not Tame One. But real hip hop heads know wuz up.
That really hurts they have a service for him on here he was cremated I saw a earn but wish he wasnât...
@@illvillain7139 truth be told I only like underground lockdown - hurricane G. But artifacts have 2 solid albums and tame ones solo albums are all gold

@@illvillain7139 oh yeah g i was that kid in high school in the 90's with stacks of The Source magazines in my locker and all the hip hop heads of that time would hang out with me and freestyle in front of my locker...i miss those days man
WHAT!!!???
THIS is Hip Hop!!
Hell yea no douth !
Jim Saints we can keep real hip hop alive by listening and sharing music like this hip hop is meant to be rebellious fight against the mainstream bullshit there r still headz out there that wont compromise integrity i am with you!
Mighty Wrath if you would study hip hop history on you tube instead of hating in your comments you would see hip hop started underground i.e. rebellious people stole dj equipment and tapped power lines just to get heard at the parks graffiti also is a form of rebellion so please read up before talking ignorance
Mighty Wrath k i get what your sayin but i meant rebellion as an idea not an attack on peoples taste but point taken
Jim Saints mugen!
This is whatâs its all about! Soooo 90âs, the sleigh bells, boom bap base line, the sleazy trumpet! đ„đ„đ„đ„
My favorite hip-hop duo. The rugged beats, both could spit, and the ACG and Polo gear they were rocking in 94đ„đ„
Rest peacefully, Tame One. Had the honor of meeting him several years ago at a college show. ARTIFACTS FOR LIFE!!!

26 years later, artists like these look like titans compared to the peewee mofo's in the industry right now. I don't understand why people chase stupidity, when we have music like this.
I think itâs more a matter of thatâs whatâs available. Guys with skills like Artifacts would kill it today. Just look at MF Doom. Zero promotion yet so many people know him.
@@MrBojangles901 MF Doom ain't modern, he was kickin it since the 80s
To this day ,,noyone trying to battle âThatâs Them â they should do an all stars battle ..all the old heads from the way back ,, New Jerz , Bronx , Buck Town , Duck City , Yellow house , Wu , all in a neutral Borough ,, Staten Island , right over the bridge at the stadium ,, done !! The golden era of true hip hop 92'-96'
May be the golden era cuz so much good stuff was happening, but still a lot of amazing stuff since 1996 for sure. 1999 was a great year in particular, and some artists even today still have that hip hop feel. Pro Era back around 2012 was fucking sick

In addition;
This rap was my little brother's era, and, I remember both of us would jump in my lo lo p/u truck ,and he popped in his cassettes đđđ, and cranked it up bc he loved my 15' inch mtx speaker's etc, so we'd go get some family members and go cruising to the beach or bbq etc, and these guy's always gathered up girl's, and we all be chillaxing bumping all of these rap song's... loved them day's and I have the best memories with my family members. đ

One best rap songs I've heard in a very long time.
A most laid back rap song
What a fucking life could it be back in the days where the hip hop was like that. I just couldnt imagine the atmosphere of a world where I couldnt find baggy jeans, with loose clothes dressed people, whose listening musics with scratch the rap has flow and rhymes, only once a month or more rarely. I wasent even an embryo in that time, but I could say I missed those days.
If you listen to this you are a lover of true old skool 90s hip hop. First heard on the radio on 94 in college in New York.
