Exactly the same thing happens in my house too, everytime I speak out against something they say if I want to be such a feminist I should go to a western country 😭😭

@@spongmongler6760 I'm from the US, and I hear women get called "girls" a lot. Did you think I was Asian because of my username? Sorry, I'm not Asian, I'm just a weeb. (-;
If anything men are the ones who hate each other. They never complement each other. While on the other hand when women say we stick together, we mean it. Women created a whole movment (feminism) and have supported each other, actions after actions despite the oppression, for decades now. ✨ Women are just Iconic ✨. Period.
Exactly this is so true...tbh i keep complimenting my friends whenever I get the chance bcos as a woman,i know how much it can elevate someone who is striving in this patriarchy
Look, I'm a bi woman and I love women and female solidarity but I think it's dangerous to portray all women a certain way in the sense of we're all kind angels. It allows those women who are toxic and predatory to fly under the radar. I just want there to be acknowledgement of "hey, you can't always trust and support other women and their actions"
When that woman talked about how guys think we are always dressing for them, that’s so true, like if I wear this I’m wearing it because it’s nice and I want to dress for myself not to “attract” guys. It goes to the point where you’ll see some women saying that some girl is dressing like that for the guys
I mean haven't they seen Girls clothes???🧐 Like sooo many cute clothes for women (and men can wear it too if they want) there's no way i wont try all that different kind of cute clothes in stores especially korean girls style😩💗
I agree 100% I'm always checking out other women, like "I love her outfir", "I love her hair" ect ect... So when i dress up it's pretty much for the same reason. And when I was married I was always just jn sweatpants at home, but if we went out or people came over I get done up.
3:22 YAS GO QUEEN! also I tried it out out of curiosity, and I just looked at my self and I just felt so happy when I saw my face, cuz I felt so pretty
I don’t understand such. Of course sexual desire is going to be a present factor. Men are much less selective in species and are more generally aroused by females than females are by males. A man will most likely have arousal to a woman if she is doing something attractive as that’s just natural. By the same logic I could say to women we are like candy because women have arousal to men.
@@lemon4087 and still no action especially as an Indian I have seen people shy away from these topics and when u point it out they will ask you to shut up and you are too young
The first woman spoke FACTS👏. As an indian I feel proud we have brave women like them and sad because we still have to fight like this, to get our opinion heard, in 2021 😑.
With the videos about girls supporting girls and people reminding you that you're beautiful, it reminded me of something that happened a couple months ago. I was going to an arcade with my youth group and I saw a girl there that had a very nice skirt. I complimented it saying "Your skirt is really pretty" She thanked me and said "Thank you, you're pretty!" I was struggling with self image at the time and I just asked "Really?" I was speechless and that really helped my confidence afterwards.
As an Indian, teenage girl, I’m really not allowed to wear shorts or crop tops. Even if the shorts come almost up to my thighs or even if the crop tops reach my waist. Is extremely sad how the men treat women. Not just here, but around the world. We cannot wear sleeveless that much or anything that has a slightly low neck. All this why? Because somebody hasn’t bothered to teach their son about respect. My family is very forward and supportive of me dressing according to the trends so only when they’re around, I’m ok with wearing proper clothes. But what about when I move out and start living on my own? Do I have to only wear clothes that will only show my neck and ankles? And if we wear something even the least revealing, let’s say shorts that come up to your knees, men will stare, try to touch you, whistle etc. what kind of an environment is this for anyone to grow up in? And I don’t depend on anyone for transport, so I cycle almost everywhere. I’ve been chased by men who wanted to touch my legs, or butt. I seriously wish the mothers would take the initiative to teach their sons about this and them to be gentlemen and RESPECT not only woman, but EVERYONE.
I go with you but why mother should do this why not father? Both parents should teach irrespective of their gender as girls I have seen girls discriminating eachother for blah blah Topic I am feminist but my definition is not the same Everyone would be treated equal if they are taught equal I mean a women should protect and respect women The coming Generation will be far better I have many people my cousins who have same thoughts the elder Generation might be backward but slowly slowly it will change
exactly. the fact that my grandma told i looked indecent in a crop top exposing like an inch of skin while she was exposing her whole damn belly in a sari.
I have heard a lot of stories like that about India and I am so sorry for every woman who had to endure sexual assault like that or has to live in fear that it might happen. Is there any specific reason why men behave so bad in India?
Someone from work who is now a close friend said “that was kind of awkward..” (I don’t remember what I did or said) and I said “it’s only awkward once you make it awkward” and she told me how that was a smart idea and how that changes everything. It made me feel good, even though I stole that from somewhere 5 years ago…
the indian lady really did said something prove that every girl is having equal rights like boys and also actually SAID THAT TEACH THEM TO BEHAVE!!!! I MEAN I AM SURE NOT EVERY WOMEN ARE ABLE TO SAY THAT I AM FEELING PROUD THAT THE INDIAN WOMEN IS NOT ONE OF THEM
"A man is allowed to 'react' , a woman can only 'overreact'." So true, especially after seeing all the stuff she's gone through. My respect for this woman is immeasurable.
Gen z is filled with dramatic fools and i know this because i am gen z. Out of all people, whiny teenagers on tik tok are probably the worst role models to have
I'm from Bangladesh and what the first woman said is sooo true. In South East Asia and many others places, they teach women that they should not instigate men's sexual desires by wearing "inappropriate" clothes instead of teaching boys to behave appropriately and treat women with respect. I'm only 13 and I can't even wear a t-shirt in my own house and when I try to speak up against it I'm told that I'm to sensitive.😑
I'm south east asian and yes it's true that school and society tells girls to cover up or victim blaming for their clothing i absolutely hated it it basically brainwashes girls thinking it's their fault, also they do not teach boys what is "consent" most of them will thought body language, clothing as an invitation to harass girls then blame them for wearing too "reavealing"
OP, i think u mixed up ur geography here. Bangladesh is not included in the S.E. Asia region. S.E. Asia is only comprises of Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. Or ur saying that u'r currently resided in one of the S.E. Asia country?
5:25 That's soooo true Men really love dark humour until it's about them. They be joking about r4pe and f3minicides but they start a war when someone says KAM
And another thing: I hate when guys are like “you’re basically asking for it” whenever girls dress in clothes that don’t cover everything entirely. Like what if I actually feel pretty in my outfit? Like I’m not going to change for you. But then they make me feel uncomfortable and then I would wanna cover up. Like it just makes me mad
Sometimes I felt so bad because I was born as a woman and since I was little I always wanted to be a man, not because I felt like I was a man or trans, just because I hated being a woman, at school, at home and even with my own perception of myself, misogynistic thoughts were always there, I have lived looking for men’s attention because otherwise I thought I was worthless and almost everything in my life I did it around men’s pleasure. But now I am trying to learn to love and respect myself and change this wrong perception I have of women, because I am so tired of hating who I am and I just want to feel happy with my existence. I was looking for this kind of videos for a long time and somehow it made me feel better, thank you.
You're not the only one sis, I'm there with you fighting my own fight. It does get batter, the more you practice. One thing that personally helped me, was understanding that feminine energy is not week vs masculine energy being strung. And the society associates feminine energy with women, and masculine energy with men. Making I seem as if though men are batter, because of there masculine energy assigned to them. It all comes down to understanding the feminine energy is equally strong with masculine energy. This is also where toxic masculinity comes in, the disadvantage for men because of the patriarchal society which assigned the roles for men and women. Men aren't supposed to cry, and can't be feminine cause they need to be man, and femininity is beneath them, like crying. All people have feminine and masculine energy, despite there gender, anyone can have more of one energy then the other. But all have both energies. Not even talking about that there are more then just two genders, which the patriarchal society dismisses causing oh sooooo many other problmes. But I'll be here all day, if I'll go on 😂😅. I hope this might help you as well, peace ✌
I used to think the same, but then I started spending more time with women, and I felt a lot of positive energy that I never felt around men. And I realized women ain't the problem, the society is that paints women with that brush. And now I love being a woman because now I understand my worth
When a woman learns to embrace her character she is soo powerful. Men might act tough but mentally we girls are stronger. I feel you and I'm proud of you and keep going ❤️
0:01 dang fr y'all need to educate your sons like people over here tryna see this ladies goods and for the men who do care and don't do stuff like, yk, to women ty, ty SO MUCH

@@Smple-ic2ob men get offended about heights all the time what r u talking about? They casually body shame women then say we have weak humor. It's the audacity for me🤣
I love how these are all solid and perfect examples of just ✨women✨ because often in other videos online, toxic feminism (as is the case with toxic masculinity as well) is encouraged and essentially preached, leading to much controversy w/ the concept of feminism, double standards presented to men etc. But these videos are purely on about respect, loving yourself and knowing what you deserve and that's wholesome af 🥺

1:55 I can name that k drama✨ it’s called “it’s ok not to be okay” highly suggested if your a sucker for angst and romance😩✨
Men: women hate each other and tear each other down.
Women: "you're pretty" "no! You're pretty"
If anything men are the ones who hate each other. They never complement each other.
While on the other hand when women say we stick together, we mean it. Women created a whole movment (feminism) and have supported each other, actions after actions despite the oppression, for decades now. ✨ Women are just Iconic ✨. Period.
Women are just so 😩🛐
Exactly this is so true...tbh i keep complimenting my friends whenever I get the chance bcos as a woman,i know how much it can elevate someone who is striving in this patriarchy
People hate each other regardless of gender sexuality or sex that’s just how the world is
When that woman talked about how guys think we are always dressing for them, that’s so true, like if I wear this I’m wearing it because it’s nice and I want to dress for myself not to “attract” guys. It goes to the point where you’ll see some women saying that some girl is dressing like that for the guys
Yes so true and her name is Scarlett Johanson💎
I mean haven't they seen Girls clothes???🧐 Like sooo many cute clothes for women (and men can wear it too if they want) there's no way i wont try all that different kind of cute clothes in stores especially korean girls style😩💗
Also, in a relationship, do you ever put on clothes for him? Or do you put clothes on when others are visiting your house?
I agree 100% I'm always checking out other women, like "I love her outfir", "I love her hair" ect ect...
So when i dress up it's pretty much for the same reason.
And when I was married I was always just jn sweatpants at home, but if we went out or people came over I get done up.
Fr growing up, my parents would always be "don't do that boys don't like it" or "don't wear that boys will see" and Im like can't I exist?

I don’t understand such. Of course sexual desire is going to be a present factor.
Men are much less selective in species and are more generally aroused by females than females are by males.
A man will most likely have arousal to a woman if she is doing something attractive as that’s just natural.
By the same logic I could say to women we are like candy because women have arousal to men.

Both parents should teach irrespective of their gender as girls I have seen girls discriminating eachother for blah blah Topic
I am feminist but my definition is not the same

I mean a women should protect and respect women

I'm from Bangladesh and what the first woman said is sooo true.
In South East Asia and many others places, they teach women that they should not instigate men's sexual desires by wearing "inappropriate" clothes instead of teaching boys to behave appropriately and treat women with respect.
I'm only 13 and I can't even wear a t-shirt in my own house and when I try to speak up against it I'm told that I'm to sensitive.😑

I'm proud too!

You are worthless. Worth is subjective so you only mean something if I think you mean something, or if others think you mean something.
I used to think the same, but then I started spending more time with women, and I felt a lot of positive energy that I never felt around men. And I realized women ain't the problem, the society is that paints women with that brush. And now I love being a woman because now I understand my worth
