turns out her son was killed by ss11 and she is there to kill that whole gang with a vengance gang from her country who she teams with to go kill those people - she teamed with the police so that she could find information to go murder them herself as vengance

Her son was murdered by the gang boss El Lobo.
She kidnapped and killed the boss and got killed (suicide by cops) in a stand off.
Antonio shot her for pointing the gun at them/police.

the bakery is a sting op, the latina cop from abroad double crosses chicago PD to kill the gang leader as they killed her son, she kidnapped gang leader, killed him then raises gun at Chicago PD and the cops kill her. No loose ends...
