There are plenty of guitarists who want to learn this song and others like this, so regardless of whether or not you or I like playing Taylor Swift (I do), there is no reason why helping beginner guitarists learn songs they like is a bad thing in any way. As of right now, this comment has about 150 likes, so obviously there are at least a couple of people who want to learn how to play this. Beginner guitarists will never get to Hendrix or SRV or Clapton without first learning some basic 4 chord songs in the beginning, and they may not even want to learn the classic stuff anyways, and that is their choice, not yours. AND FINALLY, if you are so opposed to music like this, why are you on this video in the first place?
