Such an easy zucchini recipe that you must try! Muffins can be served for breakfast and dinner, they are perfect to take to work/school, or they can be a delicious dish on a plate with an aperitif.

Ingredients:
🌺 3 eggs
🌺 salt and pepper to taste (or other spices of your choice)
🌺 1 zucchini of approximately 300-350 g
🌺 100 g grated cheese
🌺 160 g wheat flour
🌺 1 teaspoon baking powder
🌺 ¼ red pepper cut into small cubes
Molds for muffins (I used silicone). From this recipe I got 12 muffins.
✅️ Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C | 356°F for 30 minutes. (high and low heat).
