- I went to a small Chinatown in Thailand Bangkok to eat some Thai street food. Did some touring around the town and then took a tuk tuk to eat at a roasted duck restaurant. After touring the Chinatown I flew to Sukhothai.

Tips for seasoning noodle in Thailand
One teaspoon of everything (fish sauce,sugar,vinegar,red pepper flakes)make the soup taste better 😁

The Duck noodles reminded me of Duck Noodles in Singapore, near the hawker stall Anthony Bourdain made famous. I liked it better than the chicken and rice.
Was in BKK in Aug 2019....didn’t had the chance to eat @ Jay Fai...but was lucky enough to dine @ Gaggan..... one of my other favourite meals in BKK was @ Lerdtip... will visit BKK again

I'm a real novice when it comes to cooking Chinese or Thai food, I made stir fry vegetables yesterday with cheap beef marinated for the first time in bicarbonate of soda (think in America you call it baking soda) it is a game changer! The meat was so, so, so tender & delicious! And of course another game changer, a fried egg on top of the stir fry too! 🍳❤

5:26 wow the thai call it bak cang, its the same exact dish as we the Indonesian Chinese that lives in west borneo. that is our traditional food we also call it bak cang, and we also have our own special day to eat that like a mooncake festival day . glad to see that.
it’s super common for them to put drinks in a bag and different carts will have different types of drinks. I loveeeeeee the sticky rice with meat wrapped in banana leaves!!! My grandparents stuff it with fatty pork belly that’s been cooked with ginger and garlic 🤤🤤

Mike...I tried some instant noodle pho I found and it was rice noodles. I didn't think I'd like it but it was amazing how it takes up the flavor. Few and far between they are but when I find them in buy them. Yum. Vietnamese style.
