Absolutely no one better than Waino!! He’s such an amazing competitor and pitcher, but he is so much more and that’s why his absence is going to be felt in so many ways. This interview was great as was the one you did with him and Yadi. Adam pours into other people just because he truly cares. I participated in the “Walking with Waino” program he did for anyone who wanted to sign up to share the Bible with others and “discuss” his thoughts on it EVERY DAY to go through the whole Bible-all while he was working and all the other things in his life. We’ll never see another like him. He will be so terribly missed. The heart of the Cardinals…Cardinal Nation will never be the same. We love you Waino! (I always tell my hubby I’d love to adopt him-but I’m barely old enough to make that believable!😂)

On a personal note, love you Adam. I remember listening to you pitch in the playoffs in 2006 with an earpiece in during baseball practice, my dad was the coach.
I was in section 155 for victory 200, I'm 33. I was able to take my dad. When you walked off the mound in the 7th, you could feel something in the stadium. It was happening. I looked at my dad and he felt it too, he wiped the tears from his eyes and said "Wow, that was really special"
    Thanks for the memories.

It's hard to see Adam not making it in the Hall of Fame.
Everytime Adam goes out there every single Cardinal fan feels like it's going to be a shutout and more times than not it is..
Even in his last year people held him to that standard!!!
He's been an ace his whole career he's been THE BIG GAME PITCHER his whole career,
Even in the 2006 World series. 😮😮
From then on this guy has been the guy!!!
I'm surprised Adam never sank his teeth into a no hitter. He's always coming close. Even this year there's been games where he didn't allow any hits until like the 3rd..
Honestly I really believe Adam gets in Cooperstown and I think it's going to be one of those Cinderella stories where Adam and Yadi go together. There's a real chance that happening because they have the most starts of any baddery. I think down-the-line people are going to appreciate this even more. Especially when their names come up on the ballot. 😊.
You look at Chris Carpenter, he was an ace but not his whole career. He grew into being the guy he was on the mound,
In which Adam just adopted it immediately in the beginning in 2006.
200 wins 3.53 ERA with 2200 strikeouts and plenty other accomplishments..
I just think a guy like him that's been around this long and has a 3.53 with 200 wins. He gotta be a HOFer.
I seen the other day somebody was comparing Adam to bartolo colon lol.
    Bortolo era is over 4.00.
Not that he wasn't a good pitcher,
Adams just in a higher class I think he's better..
So many big games and good postseason numbers as well. I truly think he gets in right alongside Yadier Molina on the same damn day!!
    WATCH!!!
