Last instalment of the Trilogy of Lights from Babymetal Metal Galaxy Album. Arkadia resembles Road of Resistance in many ways, Fast pace with positive lyrics. A masterpiece the way it's connected to each other. Listening to Starlight and Shine make me remember Mikio Fujioka and Yuimetal. Starlight is about remembering, Shine is about acceptance and Arkadia is about looking forward to the future and never looking back. That's why Babymetal is unique and different from any metal band out there. With Babymetal you cannot choose a favourite song cos all are great for me.
    Arkadia
    Song by BABYMETAL
    Dwell in a small chest
    嗚呼小さな胸に宿る
The pieces that light the fire in the dark
    暗闇に火を灯す欠片は
    Dazzling light
    嗚呼眩しく光纏い
    Shine shines in the moment
    輝きは刹那に迸る
    Glorious, you just be ambitious!
    Glorious, you just be ambitious!
    Proudly raise the flag
    誇り高く旗を掲げて
    Glorious, you just be ambitious!
    Glorious, you just be ambitious!
    Holding a piece of star
    星の欠片を抱いて
Now For your dream, for your faith, for your life
今 For your dream, for your faith, for your life
The map of the future that has begun to move is in you
    動き始めた未来の地図は君の中にある
Now No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
今 No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
    Far away from that light
    あの光の彼方へ遥か遠く
    Aim for the dream Arcadia
    目指すは夢のアルカディア
Faster than light and stronger than steel
    光より速く鋼より強く
Don't be afraid of your mission
    使命の道に怖れなく
No matter how much darkness is covered
    どれほどの闇が覆い尽くそうと
Let's walk this way we believed
    信じたこの道を歩こう
For your dream, for your faith, for your life
For your dream, for your faith, for your life
The songs of the era when they started to move resonate with dreams
    動き始めた時代の歌は夢に響き合う
Now No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
今 No more tears, no more pain, no more cry
Far away to the land of that oath
    あの誓いの大地へ遥か遠くへ
    Shining Arcadia
    輝き放つアルカディア

Nice & welcome back & thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This is a compilation from 4 shows (1 in USA + 3 in Japan). Avengers (= support dancers) in this video are Kano and mostly Riho. The audio is from the performance at the Forum, LA, so the instrumental players were West (American) Kamis. This powerful drummer has not been identified officially, but, of course, fans figured out who he was. Anthony BARONE is one of my favorite drummers now. Everything about this song and "Trilogy of Lights" was explained by Grington300 300 below.
To my regret, this song was not been performed in any of 10 BABYMETAL Budokan concerts held in January through April this year. I look forward to seeing it someday at the venue.

Thank you for your comment and info, as always. Yeah, the drummer was going all out, LoL! :D Great to see such passion! I hope you get to see them soon!

Hi man, thanks for keep coming back with more BM songs, and now with one of the non official tribute to Mikio-sama and YuiMetal withdrawal called *Trilogy of Lights" by the fans and part of 3rd Babymetal last album. _Arkadia_ is the 3rd song of this trilogy, so you started backwards kinda :V
The first two songs are: _"Starlight" and "Shine"_ both beautiful songs, highly recommended of course, and each song got their own deep meaning and representation.
This song was played several times during final live concerts, as welll the complete set of 3 songs, in this case was live at The Forum L.A. and if you watch the entire show is really dope as you can already saw, and the West Kami Band there doing their godlike job killing it.
Althou i do like power metal songs, it seems this songs ranks down among fans a little bit, for me is a must to enjoy the full Trilogy Of Lights, so please give them a shot.
What's more interesting is for some people (japanese mostly) each songs are dedicated to specific member, Shine is like Moa dance and song dedicated to Mikio-sama, and Arkadia is the song dedicated to YuiMetal.🍅❤️
I hope to see you soon with the complete trilogy, be blessed by the Fox God 🦊🤘

    ⚡ 💕 / 🌟 ✨
BABYMETAL have used 'Arkadia' both as an opening song (Yokohama Arena), and as a closer (Legend M - Nagoya, LA Forum, etc.).
It was just before the encore at 'LEGEND - METAL GALAXY Day 2'.
Although the studio musicians on BABYMETAL tracks are often uncredited, Kami Band member Leda Cygnus played guitars and bass on the 'Arkadia' studio track.
This compilation video has both the Japanese "Kamis from the East" and the American "Kamis from the West".
Supporting dancers (avengers) in these clips were Riho Sayashi and Kano Fujihira.
No clips of Momoko Okazaki, although she has also performed this song.

Nice reaction. Babymetal doing an epic performance as only they can. The song is all about going forward in life. After the year they had before this album came out. This song has the feel of it making a statement. Like Babymetal now are saying Su and Moa are not going anywhere but forward together. This tour was a triumphant return to the world stage for Babymetal. Now we wait for covid to go away so we can get Babymetal back on stage, where they belong.

"Arkadia" is among my favorite songs Well, it's actually on my top 3. And that's saying a lot. But I'm very into power metal so that was like fishing in a barrel. It's fast, it has bright lyrics, great vocals (okay, it's Su's thing) the choreo is amazing, etc. I also like the effects on the huge screens. Great quality. Even in close up views it's well defined unlike the screen from previous years. I specially appreciate that when watching concerts on BD. I guess it doesn't matter when you are there watching it live. But, unfortunately, that's not currently an option.

This song is my recent favorite. Originally I am not good at fast songs, but BABYMETAL cured me. I recently noticed that Su-'s mouth opening is unusual when singing, for example at 4:06.. I was worried that her chin would not come off, haha. The choreography like Para Para dance is also good at 5:30. Thank you from Japan.

    • @xsezz
      @xsezz  Před 3 lety +1

I didn't notice her mouth, LoL! I'm guessing she needs to do that in order to hit some of the notes. I have no idea, LoL!
Yeah, the choreography is great! :D
      Thank you for watching!

Yes, that's english mixed in! I don't know if you noticed it, but they do it quite often!
    They also say here:
"No more Tears, No more Pain, No more Cry"
    ARUKADIAAAAA

    Just so amazing
I think that KOBA METAL FOUND A SALE ON SCREENS
    THAT STAGE HAD THEM ALL
If you want to quantified the level of execution from the girls
    Is just to the
    LEVEL OF INSANITY
and they willing to expend what ever it takes to deliver this insane performances

Not a huge fan of the 'Trilogy of Lights'. Makes it sound a lot more epic than it is. The concept is great and the tribute to Mikio and Yui but they're just 3 average BM songs. Shine is the only above average one in my opinion.

    • @Jordan-Ramses

@@xsezz I agree, but I think my opinion on these songs is more or less consensus. I don't think these are making a lot of top 20 Babymetal song lists. Which is not a bad thing. Even average Babymetal songs are great. I love 'Uki Uki Midnight' and it's not making any top song lists. Also Onedari Daisakusen, it's the cutest Babymetal song. It's Yui and Moa only and it's in the style of 'My Generation' by Limp Bizkit but really super cute. Those are probably 2 of the 3 worst songs on their debut album.
I also love the cover songs that they did in early concerts before they had so many songs of their own. I think the best is Su's cover of 'Tamashii no Rufuran' (Soul's Refrain). Moa's cover of 'Love Machine' is awesome too.
