  • Jjamppong is a popular Korean-Chinese noodle soup, loaded with pork, seafood, and vegetables. The combination of all the ingredients creates a hearty bowl of soup that is packed with robust flavors. This recipe is inspired by Seongkyong Longest and can be adjusted to your liking.
    Ingredients:
    5 garlic cloves minced
    2 tsp ginger
    4 green onions
    cabbage
    1/2 an onion
    carrots
    zucchini
    oil
    1/2 lb ground pork
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tsp oyster sauce
    6 cups chicken stock or water
    1/4 cup shaoxing wine

      The Dutch oven I’m using is lavender. I found it at home goods. Made by lodge. It’s gorgeous and HEAVY!

    are Korean pepper flakes as hot as the ones at the pizza store? Wow, that was a lot, I was looking for a glass of water just watching it. And it looks so delicious. Wishing I had smell a vision.

      Lol! It’s not as hot, but I do have a high tolerance for heat. Think of it being similar to paprika. It’s great for adding color.

      @@jacobshocklie2928 you can use any mushrooms you like, but I used that because that was the only mushroom I had in hand. Some restaurants use, button mushrooms! It’s a versatile noodle bowl 🙂
