It's the accountability that the public trust desperately lacks. Thanks to 6 decades of GOP plans, bible-banger bucks, a Pelosi mentality, & general Dem demands for $$, here we are. An Art V convention might never be possible to end Citizens United. Danforth & Biden put Thomas on the bench in a spirit of "bipartisanship". He needs to account for it, step down, & support a true Progressive. It's about responding to the public trust, obtaining accountability, & returning to the Enlightenment principles underpinning our system of government.

Let's see the Police Chief was the one who cleaned up the streets with the computerized system of moving police around to target crime areas as they shifted. The broken glass rule was to go after any little crime because they also tend to catch felons. The police chief's idea, not Giuliani's. In fact, the clash was because of Giuliani's pursuit and encouragement of police tactics that were considered unethical and violated the civil rights of the people. The frisking of minorities without probable cause was something that the police chief was concerned with but Giuliani encouraged although it did not improve policing the streets. This was the sign of an egomaniac. The great Police Chief went on to leave New York City because Giuliani did not like that the Police Chief was rightly given credit for the drastic cut in crime. 911 was a tragedy but he did nothing and no more than other Major would have done under the circumstances. The media that hates him built him up and covered all his unethical practices while in office. Another son of New York was given the accolades as well by the news media although he was a con artist in business stifling paying his bills and pushing casinos into bankruptcy. Can you imagine Casinos into bankruptcy?

Taking people to court is not the politics or democracy. What you are doing currently strongly ressembles what has been done in Greece and which was depicted in the movie Z by Constantin Costa-Gavras . This director did a number of movies about this. What currently happens is that the left as it calls itself is crossing the line into a kind of behavior that once clearly was regarded as the extreme right. So when exactly did this happen and more important why ? Movies like "missing" by Constantin Costa-Gavras show the danger of such a course. All these things are attributes of a state like Checheslowakia back in the 1960ies . The movie L'aveu is about that. Michael Flynn, Steven Bannon and others. Why are you ressourting to such means? Are you running out of arguments ? Because people do not believe any more what they were told to believe by "the state" or by "the left" ?

This is weird to me considering there is always one lawyer not telling the truth in every case. Either the plaintiff or the defense lawyer is not telling the truth. I could be wrong.

They aren’t allowed to knowingly lie or commit crimes themselves. So no it’s not the case that one is always lying. Most times one is just wrong and one is right. You’ve never been wrong about anything that you weren’t lying about?

Lawyers present the best argument they can for why the evidence and law supports their client's position. They can make arguments they don't personally think are likely to be what actually happened ("Perhaps a ninja came in through the window and stabbed the victim!") but they can't make up evidence or tell lies about the facts (claiming that a ninja mask was found when there is not one). Lawyers, as officers of the court, are also supposed to prevent their clients from lying or filing false motions. Rudy repeatedly claimed to have evidence of election fraud which he obviously did not. He either lied to the court or was literally delusional, and either way is unfit to represent clients.

This is where it lands if you do something wrong applies to everyone of the people involved in this except the main guy. SCOTUS needs to be held accountable for all of the lies they told when before Congress before being sworn in and for all the harm they are doing to the nation. Being made to answer to no one is apparently something they cannot be trusted with anymore.
