- Winter ocean sounds for sleeping problems, relaxing, insomnia, sleepless nights, stress reduction, anxiety relief, tinnitus, or study. These relaxing coastal waves rolling onto the beach can be used as a natural sleep aid. The sound of the sea creates natural brown noise (and white noise), which is great for drowning out distracting background noises so that you can sleep better at night. The sound of the ocean creates a soothing atmosphere for rest and relaxation. If you suffer from tinnitus (i.e. ringing in the ears), this relaxing nature sounds video can help mask the annoying frequencies in your ears so that you can fall asleep easier at night. 🎥 Our videos are currently filmed with a GoPro Hero7, Panasonic DMC-G85, & iPhone X. We edit, mix, and master the audio in Protools & create the video in Premiere Pro. We occasionally collaborate with other video creators (with legal permission), which we always significantly transform into something new and add our own unique music and sounds.
🎤 The microphones we use for field recordings are TASCAM-07X and Zoom H2n. In the studio, we use RODE NT1a, SHURE SM58, & SM57.
🎶 We create our own music. My Mother (Elita) and I are both musicians and have played for many years. We use a combination of physical and virtual instruments. For example, we often use real Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, guitars, and flutes in our musical recordings, which are then combined with synthesizers that we play from 'Omnisphere'.

i like dis for sleep and then what helps me sleep is to go do some pushups or run for 5 to 10 mins with some rock like deltaparole, cuz that takes ma mind off of sleeping and i can sleep easier once i dont think about it no more.

you would think just by adding brown noise it would magically send you to sleep....but it doesn't after a while, it just becomes pretty irritating.
