- I truly cannot believe it's been 3 years with my Supra. I thought that I would not enjoy a car as much as this one since I initially thought the S2K would be the pinnacle. Car is STILL daily driven and it now has 61k miles. Definitely not a garage queen, it has its battle scars all over the bumper and hood and I do plan on repainting it and going through the entire car to restore it to my standard. Make sure to subscribe to see how else this car changes over time and to join me on my journey to 100k+ miles!

S/o to this guy for actually driving his car. 🤝🏾
Of course Thomas! Appreciate you!
Hey Bro, I think I just passed you on my way back to Tulsa from Texas. I was admiring a super nice silver supra on the oncoming traffic when I realized the car looked exactly like yours lol. If it was you, glad to see you on the road and your ride looks even more amazing in person.
Yooo! Yeah that was me, I was literally driving back to Dallas. Crazy. Appreciate the love! Hope you made it to your destination safe and sound.
Been watching your videos for a while now, always great and super in-depth! I just picked up my 2020 Supra Launch Edition. Exactly how I wanted it, white on the outside and red on the inside. I remember first watching your videos from a while back on dailying the supra and what kind of mods to get and I'm finally so excited to be part of this platform now. Appreciate you and keep making dope videos.
Thanks for the ongoing support Hussain! Congrats on the pickup, those are nice. Glad to have you join the club, excited for you to make it your own! Definitely will continue documenting the ownership journey for you all. Stay tuned!
Hey man! how did you afford your supra?
Financed it! I'm still in college, so, I can't afford to pay all cash 😅
Put a good chunk down and traded in my car.@@paperblank6196
Keep her going brahhh love to see the longevity of the Supra with spirited driving by an enthusiast
Thanks Logan! Yeah for sure, glad that I've had the opportunity to show people that this platform lasts. Of course some people have had different experiences, but I'm blessed to have a rewarding experience with my car. Miles will keep getting piled on!
Just wanted to say on your opening cinematic, genuinely one of the best ones I've ever seen. most of these car edits are overdone with crazy beats and song synced cuts every 2 seconds. You made a really original (super chill) car edit 👍
Wow, thanks so much for the high praise! I just try to keep it simple because well...first thing is it's just not my style to do those super fast cuts with crazy angles. It's hard to appreciate the footage/video when stuff keeps changing every 2 seconds like you said. There's always room for improvement, but I really appreciate the feedback!
Oof, your closing in on me 100 miles until I hit 90k.
Niceeee. You might need to have your car sit for a while for me to catch up!
Keep the updates coming lads, wanna know what high mileage is like issues wise.
@@Joolz1982you’ll be fine if you drive and maintain responsibly: oil changes every 3-5,000 miles, synthetic oil, transmission oil every 60k miles, warm up after cold start, cool down after heavy loads, redline only after car is at optimal temp. (Usually 5 minutes after coolant has reached optimal temp. If you don’t have an oil temp gauge fyi), don’t lug, etc. Of course you’ll have other minor wear and tear, but the bones of the engine/transmission/turbo should be good. 👍
Hey man, what do you mean by "don't lug"?@@matto6019
how has it been? the car reliably
buying a newer car is a dream for me. good to see youre enjoying your ownership man
You'll get it man! I tell everyone that if I am somehow able to do it, they can too. I appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment!
Saving to get one of these next summer. Your build is perfect man, beautiful car. Didn’t know the engine bay could look that good too wow dude. Great vid!
Thanks so much! Glad you like it. Excited for you to get one and enjoy as much as I’ve enjoyed mine. The engine bay can be cleaned up some for sure 🤣
Thanks for the stone chip stuff mine also 15-20 on my bumper and hood altogether. I just touch mine up. My GT86 also used to get loads on its super soft paint. Seems they only ever go to primer and not metal. Crazy only minor issues with the Mods you have done. Agree such fun to drive and yes people stare, shout Supra stuff and all sorts.
Yeah mine is too far gone to touch up sadly. It's held up amazingly. Modern technology has come a long way and the gen 2 B58 is known to be pretty reliable. Still get a decent amount of attention lol
Love your plate frame :) Nicely detailed video.
Glad someone noticed LOL! Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment!
I’m in the process of changing my viewpoint on vehicle ownership. I’m a sneaker head and have shoes I don’t wear clothes I don’t wear etc. I do my cars the same way but videos like this are helping me to realize that cars are meant to be enjoyed and driven and not babied(unless it’s some exclusive exotic shit). Excellent video ur conversation style is easy to watch. Dope car.
Glad to help bro! I'm a sneakerhead too and I started wearing them all so they can also be enjoyed. Completely agree about the exclusive car, if it's like some crazy Porsche or Ferrari that is extremely rare, then yeah I wouldn't probably pile the miles on it, but if it's a regular production car, you sure as hell know that I will be driving the crap out of it lol hope the channel grows more and allows me to get another car that people wouldn't typically think about driving a lot.
@@VinceChristmastree U got a new subscriber here 👍🏾👍🏾
@@joeblacc8573 Thanks for the support!
Thanks Brother, I have a 2022 CF-Edition with 600 miles. Make me feel so good about my car after your video. I have all the parts to get 600HP at the tire....I'm in piece now....
Nice man! Love the CFs, would love to have one in white. Enjoy it brother!
Cinematics were fire bro
Thanks so much bro! I keep working on it for y'all!
I've owned my red 2020 for about 4 years now I have loved every second of it. 50k miles on the dash, no issues, just vibes 😎
Hell yeah Tony! That's what's up. Love to see others driving their car!
Interesting journey so far, thanks for sharing it with everyone! I'm on month 6 of waiting for a premium MT..I know people have waited over a year but almost feels like i'll never be allocated one lol.
I don't know where you live , but in New jersey, I saw one MT 45th anniversary in white , 3k over MSRP
Thanks for watching! I don't know how y'all can wait for so long. I'm the type of guy if I spend $$$ on something, I want it now lol
@VinceChristmastree yeah I totally get that. I have 3 deposits down across Ohio which I thought would secure me one sooner but I may have to be more aggressive.
Holy cow, that's pretty nuts. One of my buddies put down a deposit for 5 different places trying to get his C U Later Supra. Did the dealer at least give an estimate for time?
I’ve been waiting like 2 years for my local msrp dealer to call…Supra production is down too, which doesn’t help…
I’ve owned my 22’ 3.0 Premium for 1year and 6months. 5,300 miles. I’ve been doing Amsoil 0w20 every 2500miles and Amsoil PI performance improver used and Amsoil Upper cylinder lubricant. And mods I only have MST intake, AEM chargepipe, and AOS verus and lowering springs mods. She runs like a dream.
Nice! Glad it's treating you well.
I want one of these so badly. Once I graduate from univ I’m gonna work towards one of these, I wanna daily drive one too! Also subscribed :)
Thanks Ken! You got it man. Never thought I would be in this position, but very blessed to. It's very rewarding to daily drive and no drive is ever monotonous with the Supra :)
I’ve been running Rotella t6 in my Supra as well since day 1. 52k miles now, runs like a champ.
I’m saying! Don’t doubt the Brotella!
I thought they changed the t6 formula. Less of the additive that was the magic sauce.
Great video! Thanks for sharing the good and the not so good. :-)
Thanks for watching!
Super creamy camera work bruh, the supra is out of this world as well
Thanks so much! Still working on improving for the viewers such as yourself!
Salute salute salute fr for daily driving it
Appreciate it!
Super nice looking car Vince
Thanks Blake!!
Yooo. . We have the same Supra and both of us aren't getting rid of it for anything other than our dream car. . A GT3 RS. Nice man!
Great minds think alike! Hopefully we both achieve our goal of getting a GT3RS 😄
My bro had a gt3rs and he sold it. Said it was slow i shit you not.
@@jerm_ Yeah I've driven one and it's not the fastest in a straight line, but the visceral feel and experiencing it on a circuit was breathtaking. Have a video on it, didn't do too well in terms of views, but I'm so blessed to be able to experience it.
that opening sequence was majestic
Thanks man!
Funny he says that😅 its the opposite for me no one wants to race me :/ in my supra but when i had my GTI was a different story 😅😅 keep it up bro love your vids
Thanks bro! I try to keep my car low-key so I can bait some people, but still no one wants to fuck around and find out :(
Good shit man. Shes a beauty. Thinking of buying one after paying off my tacoma lol
Thanks man! Would be a great car to pair with the Taco.
I sold mine after 6 months for a c8 after having nothing but issues the entire time. Props for sticking it out!
What issues were you having? Sorry that it wasn't ideal man, such a shame. Hope you're enjoying the C8!
Have a paid off Supra GR 3.0 but would love to get a C8 corvette but it is out of my price range. Cheapest is like near 100k for the absolute base corvette c8
The wind buffeting, to dealing with burning oil right from day one, and constantly having to take it to the dealership because of non stop error codes and limp mode issues to the weak sound system, it was just such a hassle. Honestly, It was an instant regret getting it. It took that entire 6 months of owning it to find a new buyer as well, not many interested in this platform.
Good stuff
Thanks so much Jonathan!
Mans got good taste. My dream car is also a GT3 RS, and I am probably going to get a Supra in the meantime. It would be funny if you also started out with a Porsche 986/MR-2 like me.
Haha, nah I wish. My first car was a 2011 Kia Sorento and first sports car was a 2016 WRX. Would be insane if we started off the same way.
Close though. My very first car was a Toyota Camry and wanted a subaru with a flat 4 as my sports car. Turned out I got a porsche 986 with a flat 6 instead because it was cheaper :P@@VinceChristmastree
Well, I did want a WRX for a bit, but I ended up getting the Boxster for the other flat engine :P@@VinceChristmastree
2022 here. Bought it on May 2022, 55,000km already. Just break pads changed. Thought i was the only crazy guy here haha
Wow! You're definitely more crazy than me. If you keep up that pace, you'll have 165,000km in 3 years. Insane! I love it!
I know what you mean about people wanting to race. When I was driving home in my 2024 45th Mikan Blast from the dealership, a guy in a very loud Charger pulled up next to me on the highway, and then blasted off. My car has a dealer-applied temporary plate in the back, so people should know I'm breaking it in.
Today, two guys in a Sonata N flew by then slowed down with their windows down so that I'd slowly pass them.
Now if I weren't breaking in the engine, I'd probably blast by and then coast back to cruising speed.
I can't imagine dealing with that with a loud color like the Mikan Blast. Congrats on the purchase! I have yet to see on in person.
Those break in miles will fly by quick! Every time I visit my hometown, I always get some random people revving and doing flybys. It gets old lol
@VinceChristmastree Thanks, Vince. I haven't seen another MB 45th yet, either. One thing is certain; I am having a "blast" driving it!
Dave
Cars are meant to be driven. God forbid you enjoy your car lol. Keeping a car in the garage is just a fucking waste. Good on you my guy 💪🏽
Appreciate it man! Yeah for sure. Life is too short to just have your car(s) sit!
It'll be interesting to see how the engine holds up... I used to have a 135i with an n54... after 110k miles it became a HUGE moneysuck....
Yeah we shall see. I'll probably hit the 100k mark in 2 years so definitely going to do a deep dive when it's time to make that video.
I would love to daily a car like this but being in New England little bit tough with these winters
Oh yeah, much more different than what we get in Texas lol
Do what I do, have two or three new vehicles and part the Supra in the garage for winter...
I’m 2 and a half years in to mine but mine is a 2021 2.0 with the b48 engine I got mine new with 52 miles on the obd I still get compliments even if I do talk down on it a little bcz it’s a 4cly but in the end I love it I daily it and try to take care of it
At the end of the day, who cares, as long as you enjoy it! The B48 Supra is still fun and makes for a good twist and turn car with less weight in the front.
Revisiting this after 5 months. I currently drive a GR Corolla right now but I might actually switch to the GR Supra since prices are pretty good right now. Gyatttt
Haha nice, Devin, who I featured on my channel went from a Supra to a GRC. Still a great choice either way!
Currently have a 540 bmw b58 g30, definitely want an MK5 next !
If you think it’s quick in that chassis, just imagine the Supra! Would be a good choice or a good parter to the 540 if you keep it 😄
Thanks good to know that Supra mk5 is super low maintenance
Yeah it's reassuring!
That is why I pick the IS500 to avoid the unwanted attention still miss my MK4 though
Isn't Lexus a girl car?
IS500 is a completely different type of car, but I have to admit it is pretty sweet.
Quick question did you ever change your rotors ?
I have not, it's on my to-do list to do in the spring. Rotors seem to be fine for now, no vibrations or lack of stopping power.
Do you have a video on pros and cons for top mount and stock placement turbo?
Not directly, but I would recommend these two.
This first one I go over some details on why I wish I just went to a top mount from the very beginning: czcams.com/video/TrHwGoFTqhk/video.html
This second one is when I go into detail with just going to the top mount once I had it installed and tuned: czcams.com/video/xTaK_fkMZ9A/video.html
@@VinceChristmastree thank you.
Made a video based on your suggestion. Should provide more information than the two I previously linked: czcams.com/video/h5dQQFAddBM/video.html
How are the speakers in it? I have a 17 mustang ecoboost and im looking at a 3.0 or a 24 GT
It's alright, I'm not an audiophile by any means and I have not had the chance to experience real high quality systems in BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, etc. It's nice and gets the job done if anything!
Wow love the miles.
How much attention does the car get even after 3 yrs?
Thanks so much! Still a decent amount, I don't get stopped as much when I get gas, but when I'm out and about, I definitely still get compliments from all sorts of people. Even though I mentioned the negative attention I get in the video (people driving like assholes next to me), there's been more love for sure. It's always hilarious hearing people comment "I hated how this car looks when I first saw it, but modified it looks pretty sweet".
What color is your Supra? Is it a color from factory called absolute zero or is it a paint color from a paint shop? I just really like the color and I’m super curious!
This is a factory color, Tungsten Silver! Thanks!
People's obsession with mileage on vehicles anymore dates back to older vehicles from the 70s and 80s, 90s where a car that had 100k miles was pretty much considered toast.
Meanwhile, today's Vehicles, 50,000 - 100,000 miles, the car is coming alive.
Drive it!
I didn't know that! Thanks for the information! Completely agree with driving it, I always encourage fellow Supra or just sports cars owners to drive their cars and they'll last as long as you take care of it.
The break wear sensor on my 335 went out twice from simply driving over a pothole and sewer cover. Very annoying 😂
LOL damn
The warranty on my c7 stingray is going to be up in a couple yrs. This is probably somewhere around the top of what i want to replace it with when that day comes.
Definitely a good choice! The interior I would say is an upgrade.
How is maintenance on that Corvette, would you categorize the car as reliable, is the repair cost not BMW level expensive?
@@Yggdrasill8 Trans went at 50k. I wouldn't own one without warranty. Cost of maintenance I'd say is comparable to that of a camero or mustang with the exception of the brakes. Z51 brakes you have to change the rotors with the pads which isn't cheap.
Brother how did you afford this beautiful car?! i really want to own a supra one day, what do you do for a living?
Software consultant! Owned a franchise before this and worked in corporate.
Can the car last nearly as long as a Toyota? Does the more complicated electronics(in the engine bay, not interior) on it make it more costly to repair(I vaguely recall it possibly being thousands to replace the electronics)?
I mean so far it's been pretty reliable so far with the amount of miles I've been putting on it. It's at 67K+ miles right now and no issues. The electronics itself have been pretty reliable in this car and even the BMWs when they ran iDrive 6 (infotainment system in this car). I personally haven't heard anyone have issues with it on this platform.
@@VinceChristmastree That's good to hear! Any info on the electronics in the engine bay being expensive to replace? I heard it's $4000 to replace, but I am not sure what part it is, or if it's actually not that expensive to replace.
Do you recommend the GR Oil from Toyota?
0W-20 on a performance car is not recommended. I'm not a scientist or expert, but there's others out there that have done studies on it!
hey man cool vid really helped me out but what do u have to say for a teenager whos willing to buy it right after college?
Thanks for watching! I am not a financial advisor by any means as I am just some guy on the internet. I would say is find your footing first financially with your career job so you are not financially strained when moving up to a role that fits more what you're wanting to do with your life. You don't want to be stuck with this type of car and its expenses if you're just working a random job.
Even if you find a Supra in the price range you want, that has a reasonable interest rate (if financing), the consumables for this car is pricey. I don't remember if I mentioned it in this video, but a full set of tires for this car can be upwards of almost $1400-1500. The rears only which I change out every year is about $800-900. I would say wait, save up, build a foundation for what you're going to do in your life, then pull the trigger.
@@VinceChristmastree 🫡🫡 woahh thanks for the advice. I have planned everything I can get the car right off the showroom but the problem is maintenance and you have explained it thanks again
Of course man!
Any tire recommendations for 600 whp that can handle AND hook
I recommend the Nitto NT555R2s, they've been great for my daily duties and for hooking when they're warmed up. Not ideal for when it's cold though. Handles decent in the rain. I haven't taken them to the circuit or around to autocross so I'm not the one to ask for that! Hope that helps.
@@VinceChristmastree thanks for the tip. What does it take to warm your tires sufficiently on the street?
Have you done any cornering with them on the street or twisty roads?
@@whitemtl370 Honestly, just driving for a bit will warm them up.
Not a lot of cornering experience sadly. Choices are extremely limited here in OK/TX. No backroads that we can utilize that are plentiful like in the East or PNW. I've read that Advan AD09s or R888s handle well in corners. The R888s are LOUD though and need adequate warming up to really get grip.
It the next few years I would like to pick up the 6 speed manual version of this car.
Do it! It's a fun and fantastic car. The engine with a manual is a future classic.
With the 305s in the rear, can you still lower the car?
It is lowered on Eibach Pro lowering springs.
How is the fitment of the wing?
Pretty good, it's all one piece unlike the Street Hunters that are 3 pieces. Just gotta bolt it onto the trunk.
is this car 2021? do you need to send the ecu for them to unlock?
It’s a 2020 so no
Did you pay all cash for yours? It’s my dream car and it’s being discontinued and I’m trying to get a house and don’t know if I’ll make the cut off times 😢
Financed mine before the interest rates were crazy.
are you still using stock rotors?
Yeah, plan on getting them switched out for OEMs or equivalent sometime next spring.
Damn you guys put miles, I’ve got barely 30k miles on my 2017 86
Life’s too short to not enjoy it as much as humanly possible!
"The first issue was a misfire." As a guy who's been driving an N54 for 7 years i chuckled.
LOL I now know the feeling. It was my initiation into the land of straight six BMW performance engines.
Have you put a ppf on your supra?
Nope, I have a video covering what it looks like after this many miles.
What's your car's ground clearance height?
From the side, it's like 3" and from the front, after installing the front splitter, it's also 3". I am lowered on Eibach lowering springs though lower the car by 1.7" in the front and 1.2" in the rear.
what tuning solution did you use ?
Ecutek
@VinceChristmastree I'm looking at buying one, considering going used, is it true right now only the 20models can be tuned?
Sorry just saw this, only 2020s can be tuned WITHOUT sending the ECU to Femto. 2021s with an ECU date of 6/2020 and over need to have their ECU sent over to be unlocked at a cost. I have a video discussing your tuning options if you do snag a 2021.
I had a 2 series BMW and went through the same thing with the brake sensors lmao
Lol yeah it confused me when I first saw it. Glad it was an easy fix!
Bro that front bumper looks even LOWER, RIP haha
LOL yeah, I liked the look so let's see how long this lasts.
I wouldn’t even know where to begin when it becomes to modding
Yo! My suggestion is, find out what your final goal for the car is? Is it going to be a high hp street car? A responsive, peppy car?
@@VinceChristmastree street car would be my choice
@@87slik There's two routes from there to choose from, something responsive (500-700whp) or a big power street car (700+).
@@VinceChristmastree through your professional opinion what would you recommend for the responsive option? (500-700)
Sorry, just saw this. Not a professional by any means, but from my standpoint as an enthusiast, an aftermarket stock location turbo will be your best bet. Adding port injection and flex fuel will definitely get you there. For 500whp, all you will really need is a downpipe and E50 tune since the stock turbo will get you there. Anything past 550whp, you will need to look into a bigger stock location turbo. To hit 700, you'll need fueling (PI and E70).
Brooooo drop the instrumental that was tough!!!
I got it from Pixabay, it's called "Chillin in Memphis" by Enrico Dering
would it be smart of me to buy a 2020 3.0 mk5 with 51k miles on it?
If it is modified, I would proceed with caution unless you know the full history of it. If it is stock, check and make sure it hasn't been returned to stock. I would have a professional mechanic look at it and do diagnostics. The car is reliable, but who knows how the previous owner(s) treated it.
alright thank you sm
@@VinceChristmastree
Of course! Glad to help.
What i like to know is what did you do to lose all those weight?
Are you referring to me personally or the car? Lmao
What is ur MPG at 61k miles?
I don't keep track, I run the car mainly on ethanol. On E60-ish, on highway driving, I will get 25-26 MPG. On E70, 23MPG-ish. If I do 93, which is rare, close or around 30MPG.
What wheels are those?
TE37 Sagas, F: 18x10 +25 | R: 18x11 +34
Curious is it normal for my 2023 headlights - lower area when the lights led light strip to
Had a ton of pits after 4k miles? I purchased it used and about to get it PPF but it looks bad with all the little specks of pits. Are you guys experiencing this too?
Mine had some pitting even when I bought it with 6k miles. Guessing it's mainly due to the angle and how low it is in comparison with the rest of the front of the car.
Has anyone ran into “Engine Mount” challenge? I’m at 58K+ miles and was advised that it’s starting to wear off…. looked it up and it seems it’s a pretty common challenge but I’m not how common it really is.
Did the dealer check your mounts? I haven't heard about it, but I haven't actually checked my mounts. I probably should.
Is this car more exiting than a Toyota Prius?
Absolutely not
Does it drive like a BMW M2?
Great question! I am not sure since I have never driven an M2. If you guys will watch it, I'll be more than glad to make a comparison! Or perhaps expand it to compare the Supra to other 2 door GT/sports cars.
For me is 3 years of ownership and only 26k miles on it!!!
Keep going!!
Do you DD becsuse you dont have a DD car?
Nah I daily drive it because if I spend so much money on a car, I’m driving it as much as possible. Don’t want to die one day knowing that I could have enjoyed life more lol
@VinceChristmastree ah, wasn't meant to be a shot at you. Just trying to understand the thought process.
I'm in the market for one for a weekend fun car, I guess if it can stand up to being DD after being built it should withstand the weekend fun I've got in store for it 🤙
All good no worries! Yes, it definitely will handle the weekend duties just fine!
The biggest con of this Supra is it doesn't have a targa option. 1987-1988 Supra Turbo targa was the epitome of a sports car back then.
Yeah targa would be such an awesome addition to the car.
Okc Vince Chang?
Nope, that's another guy lol
PPF seems like such a waste for me, $5k to do the car when I can respray the car professionally for $3k. Even just the front bumper for my strat blue mk5 was quoted $1100 for PPF when a respray is $400 (I'll have to do the labor and take off the sensors). Just a hard justification in my opinion.
Agree to disagree. Definitely understand where you're coming from though. Personally, going down this path, I would rather have the original paint and not have downtime to respray the bumper. I'm pretty anal when it comes to the paint so I don't even want to run into the issue of the bumper being a different shade than the car.
Right now here's what I have to deal with, either I have to find a replacement bumper ($600-700) or take my front bumper off. I really won't be able to drive the car without the car freaking out so it'll be down for a week or so to get resprayed, which is a no-go considering it's my daily driver. Repainting the bumper requires the paint to cure which is dependent on the temps outside, so 30-90 days. At that point, just with the time and potential downtime, the cost of PPF is justified.
I still don’t think that warrants the difference. It resembles highway robbery to be blunt. But to each their own
To each their own, agreed! Thanks for the input though, much appreciated.
I think ppf is valid, if you only want to protect your front. Genuinely it’s a car on the road and driven a lot.. protecting the whole thing is a waste.. but having your front bumper and carbon fiber secured that’s smart because over time carbon fades from the uv rays so protecting a carbon hood/lip/front bumper is pretty much all you needs don’t go too all our only protect the parts that are revealed the most from the front.
@@VinceChristmastree why don't you guys just buy a beater for 10k a honda or toyota?
Bro, I spent $2k on tires 😭. Gotta pay to play...
Yup when it comes to tires...my wallet cries LOL
Im at 2.5 years and only 3,300 miles lol
Time to drive it more bro!
Toyota: let’s go places.
That's right!
😂😂 everyone wants to race!!
LOL no kidding. I have rolled my eyes so much in the past 3 years with people launching from lights/stop signs next to me and just doing ricer flybys on the highway.
I might say fuck it and get the Supra ima trade in my z and get it by January ima live tight but it’s worth it ima risk it 😮💨
Don't stretch yourself thin out too much! Prices continue to go down so don't rush it.
When BMW engineering meets Toyota reliability 🫡
That’s right!
61k miles is not a lot of miles bro. 55k miles in 3 years is a lot of miles lol. But this is coming from someone who works from home.
It’s a lot for a sports car imo.
Tomato tomato lol just like what Steve said above, 61k on the chassis for a 2020 model year is a lot. Either way, the journey to 100k+ continues!
@@VinceChristmastree That's actually what I said lol. He's saying 61k miles is high for a sports. I think it's relative to vehicle age, make/model, and modifications.
My bad lol read it wrong!
why the fck would you need to change spark plugs every 10k??????????????????
Preventative maintenance. I'm not going to replace it that often unless I'm beating on the car hard. Higher power cars, spark plugs typically are replaced more often because misfires can cause bigger issues.
Me watching this as if I could afford a Supra
You got it man. They're slowly coming down in price and there are some deals out there!
I'm actually shocked a BMW could get to 61k miles without exploding
Surprise surprise, modern BMW drivetrains are much more reliable than the late 2000s, 2010s.
With how many young teens I see owning mk5 supras, I feel like they're becoming overrated.
Young teens…like 13 year olds? I mean these are still 50k-ish or high 40k-ish so it’s not like these are Hondas. Just because you see them on IG or TikTok a lot, doesn’t mean they’re super common lol I drive a ton in a big city and I rarely see one.
This man definitely dont go outside
Lmao what? “young teens” ride the school bus
on the internet maybe, but how many do you see in real life? i’ve only seen an mk5 once in real life.
@@crescentlust6113 For me, it feels as if I see at least one on the street every week.
My opinion is that it is time to grow up for you. You should go to school for one of the many careers in medicine, a useful skill. Radiology tech or something like that. Forget kids and cars for the moment and think about your future as a grown up.
I appreciate you taking the time to say that, but I’m in my 30s and my career in software has been awesome and rewarding. I have grown up and my passion for cars is something that I will share with my wife and kids. Cars is something that has been part of my life since I was 3 and will continue to be. Thanks again for taking the time to comment!
Dude what you talking about? I make $200k+ a year, almost 52, family of 4. Home and rentals all paid off with no debt whatsoever. I have loved cars since I was a teenager. I don’t care if it is a Supra or a Porsche or a boring Lexus sedan. It is a passion. My wife knows what I live and I have the resources to buy toys. Lexus ES350 as my daily and a 911 as my weekend toys. You can have a nice career and passion at the same time. BTW, i pay cash on all my cars.
the wing ruins it. yuck
Different strokes for different folks!
Daily driving my BMW Z4 …… Don’t call that a supra !!!!!! Pls……!!!!!!!
broke boy comment
What color is your Supra?
Really fell in love with the Supra this past year. Want to get one so bad, but for now I think I'll just stick to modding the Q60 🥲
Q60 is pretty nice and practical! Hopefully the used prices go down and dealers stop smoking crack on the new ones so people can snag them for MSRP. It's been super rewarding driving the car!
