- Since I Saw When The Movies Are Owned By Columbia, I Decided To Do This Video. If Columbia Distributes It Along With Hanna Barbera

It's really surprising that it published it for a long time and the effort it put into it. good old days
4:56 I spot John Ingle who also later as Mr. Threehorn in The Land Before Time.
Season 6 is always my favorite!
5:57 6:38 I love this Sony Columbia pictures theme in 1988. It sounded like a superhero theme and so beautiful.
I believe in you
and rest assured that
the 1981-1993
Columbia Pictures
Television closing
logo was first used
on Saturday
September 12, 1981
beginning with Spider-man
and ending on Friday
June 18, 1993.
Many prints were retained themselves such as Hunter
but not the Sony Pictures
Television closing logo
from Fall 2002-present
with John Williams’
memorable fanfare
on newer prints.
@@markelijio6012 oh, you mean the 2002 Sony pictures television. Maybe it wants to use with Screen Gens and Tri-star
@@bowling8818 Only the Fall 2002-present
Sony Pictures Television closing logo has
plastered most of the company's former
television logos such as Screen Gems
Television (1948-1974), Columbia Pictures
Television (1974-2001), Columbia TriStar
Domestic Television (1994-2002),
TriStar Television (1979-1999) and
ELP Communications (1975-1987).
One thing that you won't find them
anywhere on older prints, but you'll
find some newer prints such as Days of
Our Lives, The Young and the Restless,
Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and others
with the Sony Pictures Television closing
logo from September 16, 2002-present
under the Sony Pictures Entertainment
banner from June 25, 1985-present.
Rumor has it: 1981-1990's The Smurfs doesn't appear with the 1981-1993 CPT logo at the end
because Hanna Barbera says "no". And that's it. After CPT has turned down, the long running
animated cartoon series - The Smurfs - was at the hands over the years:
Worldvision Enterprises (1981-1990), Telepictures Distribution (1990-1996),
Turner Program Services (1992-1996) and finally, Warner Bros, Television (1997-present). 😎
@@markelijio6012 OK then also I thought the Smurfs ended in 1989 because I saw it on Google
0:00 Season 1 (1981-1982)

1:26 Season 3 (1983-1984)
2:15 Season 4 (1984-1985)
2:59 Season 5 (1985-1986)
3:47 Season 6 (1986-1987)
4:39 Season 7 (1987-1988)
5:28 Season 8 (1988-1989)
6:01 Season 9 (1989-1990)
You won't find the nine-year run of TV's long running The Smurfs with the 1981-1993 CPT logo
on most prints everywhere, which I'll tell you that for real. But only thing that comes to mind:
the WBTV Fall 1984-present closing logo has plastered some other logos such as
Worldvision Enterprises, Telepictures Distribution and Turner Program Services for
the final seasons of the long running animated TV series (1985-1990).
Breaking news: Mickey Mouse, the face of Disney, has been caught with his pants down, peeing on a bush that had a boy named Carl in it.
Who else can’t believe that the voice of Grandpa Smurf reprised his role in the Sony Pictures Animations except he did Papa Smurf instead?
Oh yeah
Good completion anyway.
This Video Features all the Closing Credits of the 9 Seasons of this Classic Animated TV Series The Smurfs Aired from September 12, 1981 to December 2, 1989 at the time!!!
Gracias!
That never happened. Hanna Barbera was part of Columbia Pictures until 1966 when Taft took over after the company spilt up while Columbia continued its TV division under Screen Gems until the 1970’s.
He knows. This is just him thinking what if Columbia Pictures Television distributed the show alongside Hanna Barbera, given that Columbia and Sony also distributed the live action Smurf movies.
Also Taft Entertainment has reunited with Columbia Pictures
for distributed a series of titles
including 1987’s box office hit,The
Running Man. As well as cult
classics: the Oscar nominated
Ironweed and the kids’ adaptation,
The Monster Squad.
@@WillCWilson Only two Hanna Barbera/Screen Gems' short lived animated cartoons are
Jeannie (1973-1975) and Partridge Family 2200 AD (1974-1975) didn't last long, but only
Columbia Pictures, Icon Entertainment International based Delphi Films and
The Kerner Entertainment Company LLC were enjoying a great ride for producing the
live action Smurf movies which Sony Pictures Entertainment distributed them
between 2011 and 2017. All three live action films were very successful
and profitable for families and their kids alike.
👍🏻👍🏻
Which is your favorite end credits
my favorite is season 7
My favorite is season 6.
Too bad they didn't use a smurf for all of the end credits
You're absolutely correct, Warren. "The Smurfs" (1981-1989) was produced by
Hanna Barbera and distributed by Warner Bros Pictures under Time Warner in November 26, 2003
after the studio dumped the 1978-2003 Telepictures Distribution logo and fanfare, it's easy to see
why more families and their kids were watching Hanna Barbera Cartoons such as "The Smurfs"
than any other under the Time Warner banner in 1989. As well as live action features including
1982's "Heidi's Song," 1990's "Jetsons: The Movie," 1994's "The Flintstones" and
2000's "The Flintstones: Viva Rock Vegas" which the 2000 WB Pictures Distribution
Cloud Closing Credit Logo under Time Warner Entertainment has plastered both
Paramount and Universal-International logos were dumped and switched to the
1993 WB Family Entertainment logo on newer prints on both video and DVD since 2008.
5:57 what? what the fuck?
Take it easy.
Well, not all Hanna-Barbera movies & shows have distributed by Warner Bros., you know.
Some come from Paramount, Universal, Colgems and others since March 29, 1985,
according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Sony - The live action movies such as the Smurfs franchise (2011-2017).
Paramount - Bear Island, Cujo, The Running Man, the Charlotte's Web trilogy.
Universal - Can't Stop the Music, The Jazz Singer, Cross Creek,
Flintstones 1 & 2.
