Rules:
Thanks to LMD setter @Arbitrary and CZcams Solver @Sudoku Sleuth for introducing the new ruleset "Pointer Arrows" to the community.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Pointer Arrows: Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrows circle. Also, arrow tips point toward another cell containing the digit within the arrow's circle. The value in the tip indicates the distance from the arrow tip to the this cell. Numbers do not repeat on arrows.
XV: Numbers with a V between them sum to 5. Not all possible V are given.

Nice one. 19:23 for me. Love the arrow variant.
Glad you enjoyed it...yes always nice to see some new variants to work with.
I took a long time, unfortunately, partly because I missed the part about non-repeating digits on arrows.
6:40 Yes, the arrow tip is 6, the arrow circle must be 8, and 6 cells from the tip is the corner, which is therefore 8. I colored the arrow tips and circles, and the cells the tips pointed to. The final grid has two round-robins, in 7s and 9s.
Yeah coloring which tips pointed to which cells is a good idea on this one. To make sure you used all of the clues. i didnt think to do so.
