I'll be honest, Rome may look nice, but Rome is the worst European city in which to live in.
It's the only capital city in Europe that has problems with crime, traffic, pollution, corruption, poverty, and inequality. You won’t find those problems anywhere else in Europe.

AHahahahaha. The way you color it makes 0 sense at all for why it is so more visited than anyplace, especially for it's size. People love it, enjoy it, and return a lot. They even bear bad temperatures to do this. Rarely ever a complaint about Rome itself.
