Why would a team trade for CP3 when they could wait until the Dubs waive him. Then sign him for the veteran minimum.

Trade CP3 if there's a market as he was solid this season, but otherwise the Dubs can't afford to pay him much more than the vet minimum. Worst case just waive him for cap space and tax savings.

I still think my idea of cp3 for ayton makes the most sense. Blazers already have williams, and getting off aytons bad contract to make room for a star to play with scoot would help, not to mention cp3 mentorship could really help scoot develop!
I think the best piece we could offer the lakers would be dray. Dray seems to get along very well with lebron. So i think the best we could be was some combination to get hachimura and mabe we could save a few mil! If we did that could be huge in getting us under the aprons making any future trades easier!!
Base on Kerr/GM style; they think CP3 is valuable and won’t trade him. But, it’s absolutely good for W’s to package him for more needed Big/Guard shooter/

Depends on the direction the franchise go. If they want to keep their young core, then keep Paul. If they want to start blowing it up by trading their young assets, then trade.

I am not trading my youngest players with cp3 and warriors don’t want dlo back that backcourt with dlo and curry did not work out but also you can do and trade and flip and potentially get a 3 and d player or a superstar or a two way player like Wiggs
