Stages of becoming a Vulf fan
    1) WTF is this? Some kind of nerdy parody band? Not too bad tho
    2) What is wrong with the bass player? Is he being serious? Surely, he's gotta be half chicken to bop his head like that.
    3) Yeah, he's serious.... and good!
    4) listen to nothing but Vulfpeck for 3 weeks straight
    5) feel the urge to tell everyone, coz they're def missing out.

This song makes me want to become a comedian, grind it out for 15-20 years, starting out at tiny open mics, slowly building an audience, mastering my craft, getting hired to write on the most popular comedy shows of the time, working a short stint as a staff writer on SNL, leaving because it wasn't a great fit, until one day I get a call from a network exec saying my name was mentioned by one of the best comedians of the time as a possible host for a new late night show that's in prep. After a lot of uncertainty, I get the job, my life changes. The first episode is filmed, Vulfpeck is the house band, they play this song as the outro as I thank everyone in my life who supported me and helped me get here, the cheeriness and perfect outro tone of the song counters my obvious but endearing emotional state. I have made it.

I'm here cause some dude called Cole decided slamming a 60 million dollar Osean Mig-31 into the ground at speeds exceeding the physical laws of our universe was a good fucking idea
Shout out to coleispretty great for having exactly ONE of thirteen tracks be Vulf because goddamn just like that Mig-31 I'm about to go into a nose dive I will literally never pull out from

I think this is 2 days into my Vulfpeck discovery binge. I cannot believe that there's so much of a body of work to go through. Not to mention the quality benchmark going back through years of work is just way up there. Goodness me, you guys, I can't stick honey in my ears without unnecessary complications, so I'll listen to all this instead. Much love!

Watch Jack's hands closely in this one. The whole song is pitch shifted up a whole step, from C to D. Really gives it a warm quality it wouldn't have in its original scale. If you don't believe me, check out the piano tutorial.
