did you try it before or after the statik shiv nerfs
I'm pretty sure he gave up on the build after the ap ratios were nerfed, the whole point of the build was that the soul ap allowed u to do significantly more damage to the wave than what it does right now

Pretty sure it was before the nerfs, might be interesting to try it now and see if it holds up
