I really an enamored by this, I never thought I'd see a giallo & anime (adjacent) sort of mish-mash. You completely nailed the style and paid awesome homage to the giallo genre with this. Artwork is stellar in general; your work is very stylized but you know how to render your forms so that they do read as depthful and real. Awesome stuff!
OH my gosh what the heck!!! I saw that you had released a new video (I think about your pathologic opening constantly) and looked at the cover and was like ??? it looks like beatrice??? and IT WAS BEATRICE oh my gosh ,,, this is so stylish you completely captured all of their vibes,,, I'm only on chapter like 6?? I believe?? but from what I can see you jam packed so much symbolism into all of the backgrounds... I especially love the Hideyoshi one it's fantastic... and maria looks so cute... I'm just floored by the absolutely perfect way you translated them into your style... especially the sisters (and sister in law) I'm just so happy to see them done right... Natsuhi is PERFECT!!! (And I hardly ever see people draw the men.. I myself am afraid of drawing older men and find it quite difficult, but you somehow make their faces look EXACTLY like them despite it being a wildly different style) Sorry to ramble so long, I'm just so increbily lucky to be able to see this, I've been a fan of your unique art style for so so long and it's crazy to see you do Umineko such a fine tribute... I can't wait to rewatch this daily for the foreseeable future... Thank you for sharing to the very niche umineko fandom aljd;akdsfjl; (I just realized - I didn't comment on Beatrice - she was so fantastic that no words need to be spoken.. You made her so elegant, creepy, and wonderful, I love her in the backgrounds of the other characters... )
@@GaruxPuru I mean, it could be either translated to "canto" (Chant) or "pianto" (Cry), the latter is more literal but I think an adaptation would fit better with something more poetic knowing how Italian stuff tends to be a bit melodramatic. There's an even more literal translation that would be "Mugghiare" but I didn't even know it was a word before Umineko, and just like me I don't think that many other italians are accustomed to it. Still, I was amazed when I found out that Akiko Shikata used it in the lyrics for the opening song.
This is really, really good. Is it me or is umineko starting to get some recognition again for some reason? Did something happenned when I was not looking, or is it just a case of internet having my data and feeding me what I've looked at recently?

I'm so impressed by your color schemes, everything compliments so well and feels very thematic and dramatic. Brilliant work!
Thank you! :)
