I got my dream car last year (Dec 2021), a restored 1967 Corvette L79 Coupe. I’ve always wanted a C2 since I was a little girl. And now my dream came true.
Congratulations I've had a couple of C3 I think they are by far the best looking you cannot beat looking out that windshield and seeing those fender flare up.. enjoy it every single day you own it you will not regret it..... Drive it!
Love to see someone so excited. I remember when I bought my first 1974 I had an L48 4-speed coupe, and then I bought a 1974 L82 convertible Life happened. 30 years have gone by, and I just bought a Low mile 1975 L82 convertible. I am as excited as you looked in this one. I love these cars
Congrats!! I was the same way when I bought my 1978 Pace car, it was the coolest car when I was a kid. I've owned it now for 19 years with no regrets. Drive it like you stole it......
C3 Corvettes are the best especially ones with the aftermarket side pipes.
That C3 keeps it's value better than any Tesla.
Beautiful Vette !!! I’m 64, I had a 1971 LT-1 back in 74, I bought it for $3500 from Malcum Conner Chevrolet. I have an 88 now, I wish I had the 71....Congratulations !!!

Really, really nice. My first Corvette was a C4 ZR-1. After owning a Mustang and then a Challenger I went back to a C6 Z06 Corvette.

I've been looking for a '74 C3 coupe, 350 cubic inch, white, saddle interior, no luggage rack. I found a perfect one two years ago, but just before I pulled the trigger, the company I work for had a major setback, and I didn't want to buy the car and have no job, so I passed on it. The company is doing ok now...I'm still looking but haven't found the exact one. The '74 is the first Corvette I ever drove and loved it.

Very beautiful car! I own and am selling my 1974 Corvette. All original, 454 big block, four speed. Color is brown and has 25k original miles.
Great old car gone to a good new home to be enjoyed for many years to come.

C3 Corvettes are the best looking cars of all time! Love the car.
But the 74 is the worst looking C3 they ever made. It was the only C3 that had no visible bumpers, and was the first C3 that changed the shape of the rear, and worst of all it had the absurd split rear. Thankfully GM added bumpers and got rid of the dumb split rear in 75. Weird part is it took GM 6 years to go back to a similar rear shape they used on the C3 before 1974. In my opinion the 74 through 79 C3 models are the least attractive. The 68 through 73 and 80 through 82 models are by far the best looking models. The rear of the 74 through 79 models just ruined the entire look of the C3.

Although I like side pipes and wished I would have had them on my 1975 Daytona Yellow convertible , I liked the C3 Corvette factory side pipes the best . Wish I still had that 75 . That was back in 1978 !

I own a twin to this...same colors, also auto. not sure which engine u have, mine is L82. digging the side pipes...they're hanging high and tight as they should

Out of 14 years of the C3, why a 1974?
I am not The Hobo Entrepreneurs obviously, but 1974 was the last year for no catalytic converters and the first year for urethane bumpers front AND rear, so if someone wanted the urethane bumper look, but did not want a cat and still be technically legal, 1974 would be the year to get.

Jacob Shorr Just keep saving and be patient. There have been a lot of videos similar to this one recently that has sparked a lot of interest in these cars. Their value is predicted to surge but hasn’t just yet. Patience is key, Especially if you have something specific in mind such as 454, 4sp, ect... I recommend searching a couple sites once or twice a week, eventually a nice will turn up! Good luck!

Not a big fan of Sidepipes on a rubber bumpered vette...Get it looking stock as possible and do a motor swap and get some HP...
