Thanks for sharing your knowledge on meditation! I’m in the last year of my Navy contract and it’s been really tough (having a 1yr old and not so great leadership) and my anxiety has been through the roof. I know you have some common ground being a veteran yourself. It’s been so tough for me and i’m trying to find ways to cope. I’m just trying to find a way to finish this time out with the challenges i’m facing.. I wish you could be my mentor😭 lol. Your videos help so much! 🤍
