I would like to thank the management of the KAHYA Hotel for the opportunity to prepare these exquisite dishes for you before the hotel guests sat down at the tables.
In today's vlog I present the symphony of color and taste of dishes at Hotel KAHYA - Turkey - Alania.
The people of Turkey love to eat. Every meal is a celebration. Many events are an excuse to eat specific dishes. Meals are eaten slowly and preferably in a large group. Turkish dishes are very diverse, full of vegetables and meat. During the meal, most Turks drink ayran, which is a yogurt drink with salt and pepper, preferably well chilled! After eating, drink a glass of tea with at least two sugar cubes.
In this hot climate, I also recommend eating something with salt - fries will be the best :)
