To be honest back when I played this game I didn't know much about Dragon Ball Z/GT. So I thought Super 17 was a random mutant that kind of looks like #17, I thought Bojack was just some tough guy that Gohan fights, I thought Broly was Brawly, and I thought Gogeta (when not SSJ4) was a random super saiyan that knows Goku and Vegeta but says that he's not them, and sounds like Vegetto when he fights. (I knew who Cooler was though)
Funny how these mighty villains eventually turned on each other. Frieza’s Death Ball strikes Broly Frieza and Cooler’s double teamwork doesn’t work on Super 17 Bojack’s punches and strikes do nothing to Broly Bojack and Cooler do a Beam Struggle Broly and Baby do a power struggle
Normally I'd think that If all those Villians Fought each other, Super 17 would Win, but you know...Since their Power is so Messed up now, Raditz might now be the Strongest one.
If trying to make sense of it, the most likely explanation is that it's supposed to represent Adult Baby and the developers simply didn't decide to go to the trouble of putting him in the game and coming up with his moveset just for this scenario.
If every villain did 5 pushups in hell this would happen, considering dbs anyway Unironically tho it's these what if scenarios that make me love this game more than some of the newer ones, and it's extremely nostalgic, so glad I still own it
Pretty funny in retrospect to see people complaining about Freeza being stronger than Boo Arc SS3 Goku in this scenario, what with Resurrection F and Super having happened.
I don’t know why those people are complaining about just frieza beating ssj3 goku. None of these villains could beat there opponents. Ultimate gohan is stronger then bojack. Ssj2 vegeta is stronger then Broly. Gogeta is way stronger then cooler. And ssj4 gogeta is stronger then both baby vegeta, and super 17

It makes pretty sense in this game, given his super armour and how (at least as far as I remember) not even the stronger characters like the SS4s could stun him with standard melee attacks until BT2. Broly would've been way too OP in this game if he were faster.

Baby doesn't need Vegeta's body anymore. He was fully developed after he left Vegeta's body so he doesn't need a host anymore.
