Kempton is the most popular and largest antique market in the UK. The day I went out was a foggy day, and the market looked different and fantastic than usual. It's wide and it's a lot of distractions, but it's a lot of fun. There are a few purchases, so I will introduce them at the end. Please enjoy.

またみずえさんの前の動画を観てましたが、おせち料理にはびっくりいたしました😳日本人でもそこまで手作りはしないのに、しかも外国で材料も大変なのに、本当にお見事という感じでもう素晴らしかった👏👏です。流石お料理の先生でいらっしゃいますね。カレーのショート動画もとても美味しそうでした😋

Quedé enamorada de vasijas de barro para el jardín, botellas de cerámica y además, con una imagen del video, me inspiré para una intervención de una cafetera de bar vintage que me regalaron, y colocarla en la zona de tazas en los estantes de mi cocina!!! Puede ser el tema de intervenir la cafetera, en el video vi unas de plata o bañadas en plata, del estilo de mi regalo. Haré un baño plateado, porque también tiene detalles en color negro. Subiré una foto, Hasta pronto...

I loved my journey with you around Kempton. I collect glass cake stands……I refuse to say how many….. I display my house plants on them . Or at Christmas I stand at least three together in a tower and fill them with glass baubles and lights. Spectacular! Cake stands are definitely not just for Afternoon tea .

I'm always partial to Stoke on Trent pottery but that Hornsea set caught my eye and my interest.

アンティークは初心者なので教えていただきたいのですが、アンティークは「何年前のものから」とか定義のようなものはあるのですか？
見ていると、売る側と買う側が「いい味出してる」と思うものが取り引きされてるように思うのですが、そんな感じでいいのでしょうか？
きっとこうしてたくさんマーケットを回って目を肥やして、お気に入りを見つけていくのが醍醐味なのですね😊
迎え入れた食器たちへの愛着も格別なのでしょうね☕💓

イギリスだと、一応アンティークは100年より昔のもの、という定義があるみたいなので、私もそれに従っているつもりです。100年未満のもの(60’sとか70’sとかね)はビンテージと呼んでいますね。ごっちゃになっていることもよくありますけど。
どの世界もそうですが、やっぱりブランドものというのは強いな、と思います。個人的には本人が気に入って使う、飾るのであれば、気に入れば良いかな、とは思っていますけど。
