- idk people are making contagion build but here you go this is my way of using it
also i have 200cc invig so i can get redcrit, get a riven on balla you can get the same effect - Hry

What Zaw setup are you using? I'm trying the same build and found a really weird bug.
If I'm too far away from enemies, a Slide +heavy attack throw doesn't do the 2x crit that a heavy attack should.
Heavy windup speed seemed to affect it the most, I took off the Amalgam Organ Shatter and I was able to get red crits from around 20m, while with AOS I had to be within 10-5 metres.
I'm using Balla + Peye + Vargeet II Jai, did you come across this bug while theory-crafting?
"Bug: For the explosion to count as a heavy attack, you need to be in the heavy attack animation when the explosion hits enemies. Which means you have to be close enough so the projectile hits before the animation ends. One of my first ever level caps was Dokrahm with exodia, no riven. Priming + xata's whisper makes it a demo one shot. No distance, no arcanes, no augments, no heavy

I like doing a amalgam wisp with a similar dagger and I found that every instance of damage stripes armor as long as it originates from the dagger. This means elements like gas, electric, heat, bleed, and toxin... And things like breach surge, and tornados. As long as the damage starts with the daggers it stripes
Does the base heavy attack bonus benefits contagion heavy throw? And does combo multiplier benefits heavy contagion throw aswell? or you just heavy throw in the vid only for sac steel bonus?
also curious on how the "eclipse applies twice on contagion" work?
Is it like buffing the baseline zaw damage once first then contagion takes 5x of that baseline and apply eclipse again for the second time? does it work like I understood here?
only the sarc steel 2x cc applies when i do heavy throw
eclipse applies twice means it double dips
lets say you have 200% buff then it would be
contagions original damage x (1+200%) x (1+200%) = 9 times the original damage

just wall latch on the way of finding the demo, you only need to do it for a split seconds

feb 3, 2024. i cant seem to pull this off even with same set up. was it nerfed?
ok for clarification this build is for ANTI CORPUS / DEMOLYST whose armor is much lesser compared to grineer units. This build DOES NOT instant strip armor like pillage, terrify, or tharos strike. It strips armors slowly.
This build can only be used on DISRUPTION missions. Outside of disruption missions or VS grineer, this build falls off sharply.

hey man i did some research on arachne and apparently it only procs ofor primaries it has no effcet for anything else, i even tested it 2 days agoeven so great video man.

@@kuroshinigamida7846 Based on the attack speed, he took Vargeet II Ruhang instead of Vargeet II Jai, for higher base damage.
@@kodr But why Peye and not Korb, for an exodia build, lose AS is not really bad ?
