there is confusing point i need to ask about : you said that entry of Ca into postsynaptic cause hyperpolarization and continue transmission of pain impulse. what i know the polarization is reduction of membrane activity as goes toward resting state and this is the contrast of the explanation in the lecture , may you help me to understand....
