This is not meant to be a troll comment at all. I have made a similar comment on another video and Serge himself actually responded. I think it’s helpful for people to know that although Serge might seem like he speaks in hyperbole or is wordy, he talking about things that either no one or not many other people are talking about. He’s making connections and pointing out information that others are not pointing out. He is getting people, even Aaron, to really understand the abuse that is actually happening within cos.

I am really holding out hope for Leah Remini to publicly shame, disavow, and dismantle Mike Rinder. All of his power flows from his being on her show, and he's done nothing but abuse that power. There's just too much evidence from too wide a base of people for MR to not be this weird institutional psychopath he seems to be

@@emmagudsell59 yeah, maybe, I dunno. I once was in a situation at work where I had one of those "organizational psychopaths" or "corporate psychopaths" working with me. I only came to realize what they were after two years, and with someone pointing little things out to me over half that time. Once I DID see it, it was as clear as day. Before that, I thought they were the best, most dynamic, most trusted worker at our location... which was what most there believed.
I think Mike is very obviously one of these types.
They, rather than actually doing ANYTHING of value at work, spend all their time carefully controlling how each person around them views them, and they always spend the most time and effort making sure the big boss views them favorably. They lie and manipulate, do trade in favors and take credit for the work of others, and they think in such a odd way, and put just so much into maintaining their illusions.
And because they usually trick most of the people around them... only a minority of their coworkers typically notice what they are. The lies they tell are so ridiculous, their motives are so abnormal, that the normal person just never clocks them.
And if course, anyone they clock as a potential danger to them or their lies, they will work to malign behind the scenes, until they finally set the stage and move in for the kill, manipulating people and getting their enemy fired or moved or socially ostracized and disempowered...
I'd be completely unsurprised if Leah still thinks he is just doing his best.
Also got to keep in mind that Leah has probably had so much exposure to so many extreme weirdos between a life and career spent between Hollywood and Scientology, might have left her a bit desensitized... I dunno

An I correct in remembering someone saying that MR referred Kent as an attorney to victims. Then Kent sat on cases until the statute of limitations ran out. The only one who could file was the Jane Doe who went to another attorney.
Yup. Mike Rinder was very close with Kent's primary victim here, she told him about his abuse, and how he wasn't actively doing anything with her case, beginning very early on.
Knowing this, Mike Rinder continued sending Kent new victims, to take their cases and sit on them until the clock ran out.
Mike Rinder ensured none of these victims of abuse in Scientology ever got their day in court

I think this is a great idea! Spanish is my second language so there's a lot of cult-related jargon I just don't know. I would learn a lot by watching in Spanish, and then be more prepared to talk to Spanish-speakers about the abuses.

This goes deeper than the incident with Scientology survivors. There is a trend that I have noticed where abusers get involved with advocacy agencies on various levels. Tons of examples (Ashton Kutcher with his app, Maxwell with donations, putting people like Rinder on boards, on and on).

A lot of scientologists back republicans in FL and this right wing "think tank" is rolling back child labor laws in FL. What interests me is this org. name of CHILD USA. Is this case/investigation delving into current or past minors' cases? These people associated with a kids' org. have to be mandated reporters. If investigations involved minors since that mandated order went into effect they can be in 'trouble'. Also, by neglecting court cases of adults against a 'church' which has been accused of abuse, neglect and the exploitation of minors they're missing out if only in a precedent (what you do to an adult is a lot easier to do to a child).

The circle of involved folks who need to answer the very simple question: Who knew what about this major Aftermath/Child USA scandal and when did they first come to know it?, grows longer with each passing day.That key question hangs in the air over the shameful heads of all who knew about and stayed silent regarding Kent's massive and ongoing dereliction of his legal obligations to the cult victims that were handed to him on a cult platter by.
Expecting attorneys to out and seek the prosecution of their colleagues appears to be way too much to ask of any State Bar association, but appealing for the FBI to get involved in what appears to be a massive compromise of the legal system at multiple levels of consciously designed and instrumentally implemented critical malfucktion is kinda like beseeching Elron to Return and straighten it all out, isn't it?
