Hi! I have a question for those who know the rulles of handbal. If an ataking player have the ball in his hand, the defensive player can grab the ball from the hand of the oponent player ? Or it is a fault? Or the game can continue? When a player drible i know that the ball can ne stoled...but i want to know if the ball is in the hand without drible it...
Hey ! No you can't grab the ball when the attacking player have It in his hands. That's fault.

Упражнение выполняется неправильно. Если это обыграш то зачем выносить руку в верх, если это ложный замах на бросок то ложной атаки нет, поэтому лучше мяч держать двумя на уровне живота так легче и обыграть и бросить по ходу и отдать передачу в линию.

Nicht effektiv... der nullschritt darf nicht der Anfang der Bewegung sein. Erst nur den nullschritt, dann einen nach links, der vergessen wurde und dann nach rechts. Ohne den Schritt nach links hat der Verteidiger ein leichtes Spiel.
Es gibt beide Varianten: Einmal mit (Täuschungs-) Schritt nach links und einmal ohne. Aus dem Nullschritt heraus hat der Angreifer immer den Handlungsvorteil (Überraschungsmoment) auf seiner Seite. Mit dem direkten, explosiv-raumgreifenden Schritt nach rechts gewinnt er sofort Raum zur Wurfarmseite und kann so die Nahtstelle neben dem Verteidiger angreifen. Im Idealfall kommt der Abwehrspieler zu spät und und kann nur noch regelwidrig von der Seite angreifen.

Das sehen wir auch so. Mit der richtigen Geschwindigkeit, dem richtigen Abstand zum Gegenspieler und vor allem dem Überraschungsmoment hat der Angreifer viele Vorteile gegenüber dem Abwehrspieler, die in den meisten Fällen nicht bzw. nur regelwidrig zu verteidigen sind.

macht der Verteidiger einen Schritt nach Vorne um zu klammern, springt man leicht diagonal rückwärts und lässt ihn ins leere laufen(wird in Serbien und Kroatione auch Jugo genannt). Stimme jedoch damit überein, dass man eine Täuschung effektiver gestaltet, wenn man zuerst auf eine Seite verlagert; Aber auch das geht bereits mit dem Nullschritt.
