Yes ask for wrench...batteries used to come with it earlier but now it comes without batteries so u can buy

Fender sa 105 fishman pick is a plus but not the guitar fretboard..I'd go for Yamaha..fender can also b a good choice
The tone is too bright and hence sound clarity is definitely missing. Usually concert size acoustic guitars are known for its crystal clear mids and highs with less bass response. I think this is a made in India model.
