Had one just like this one, right down to the same exterior color and same interior. It was a good car, but I wanted a new Tacoma in 2017, so I traded it in on a 2018 Tacoma 4 Wheel drive. Still get the Mustang fever every now and then.
this is either a 2013 or 2014 v6. it has the updated gt500 grille from the 2010-2012 models that they added after. there is also a different dash on 2010-2012 models
It was on Turlock CA?
dudes rubbin the wheel top to the sides like it’s his and tryna make y’all jealous lmao
Does anybody recommend this car? I found one but I don’t understand anything about car? 64 miles, 2012, convertible. $10000.
The 2012 mustang v6 is a very good car. I’ve seen them with 200,000 miles and still driving very good. Tips look at the Carfax, vehicle history, double check it’s a clean title. Are sure motor sounds good (no loud noises that sound weird) and transmission shifts smoothly (no hard shifts that feel weird). Buying a car is simple, if I sounds weird. That means something weird. And never buy a car alone, bring a friend or mechanic if you can.
I bought a 2012 convertible last year 26K for 15G no rust a summer driver, yours depends on it's shape any rust, was it driven in the winter check underneath, with a good body clean carfax sounds like a good price. I'm happy about 280 horse rear axle, it's not the Cobra but the six still goes and good gas mileage, last thing you can burn 87, 89 or 93 doesn't matter.
I bought mine for 14k with 60k miles and now currently has 150kmiles only problems have been waterpump and Throttle body(Which was a recall). I never read bad reviews of early transmission or engine failure with Mustangs, which is the most important parts.
Definately a good one, I've had my 2012 V6 Premium manual for more than 4 years now, got it around 105,000 miles and now at 145,000. Haven't had to do a damn thing to it mechanically, and no signs that I will have to anytime in the near future. I might do a clutch before 175k as preventative maintenece. Clutches are usually rated to go 150k miles regardless of the manufacturer. It looks like a new car still inside and out, it sounds great with its Borla S type axle back, the aftermarket support on the Mustang is pretty much the biggest for any one model in the entire car industry. I get 30 mpg on the highway, around 23-24 city/average. I've gotten it to do a 5.1 second 0-60, and gotten a 13.6 sec in the 1/4 mile, my only two mods being the axle back exhaust and different tires. I never plan on selling the car, and i'm starting to do some serious power mods.
@@josephg41nice. Everyone laughs at v6 mustangs but imo they’re a good alternative to GTIs and 350z.
You should go over 25 in ur next test drive
Nice! Could you try to find a 2007 Jeep Liberty Then you could do those types of videos “How reliable is a 2007 Jeep Liberty?” Cuz those are my favorite cars and I’m gonna buy a 07 soon for my first car.
Lol bruh horrible
Just like your mom
@@tellez4089 not really, all of the people I know with Liberty's love them, and have gotten a ton of miles out of them.
@@mattdoe04 no, the liberty is horrible at 70,000-100,000 miles.
@@25psr mine has about 85k miles it has the 3.7 and it’s going strong
Interior squeakier and noisier than a golf mk1
How much would one of these cost?
around 10k
@@owenshobbies would you recommend for a first car as a 20 year old?
@@whereami2130 yes, it would be a fun first car, it was mine and i had a lot of fun with it.
@@owenshobbies thanks for the fast reply! ill ask my dad and see what he thinks about it. i just hope insurance doesnt prey on me being a female, but thats the way life is unfortunately.
@@whereami2130 i used geoico in high school, based on your grades you can get insurance cheaper my gpa was a 3.1 and insurance was only 89$ a month for a 2012 mustang v6
this seems like a 2013 or 14 model
There’s no difference in the interior between a 2011-2014 and exterior besides the taillights
The 13 and 14s had the gt500 front and rear bumper. That is either a 13 or 14 unless someone bought the replacement bumpers which I doubt it.
I say this as I am a mustang enthusiast and have owned 5 myself. I know mustangs very well.
@@Uncle_Cletus incorrect there is a digital screen in the middle of your cluster and the automatics have diffrent shifters than 12 and under because they implemented select shift in the 2013 model
@@Uncle_Cletus The gauges are different, and 13-14's had that center screen on the premiums. Also the hood, taillights, and headlights are all different.
