    If you live in nagaland, practice the following.
    1.Never ever depend on nagaland government.
    2. Never ever give up.
    3. Be self reliant.

    7:10 "From central/Delhi 27 crore has been sent to Nagaland till 2020 to support entrepreneurs there..."
    Is there any accountability to those
    crores of money that are being sent to support entrepreneurs in Nagaland every financial term?
    If all the money has been used properly sent by central government, Nagaland now will be flooded with entrepreneurs and lack in unemployment issues.
    Yes you have heard that there're problems related to rampant illegal tax collections...but
    Another big problem in our state is that many genuine entrepreneurs in Nagaland who want to start or expand their business and does not have connections with the concern authorities have lesser chances to get selected for financial assistance.
    Of course the government should identify the genuine entrepreneurs, but individuals especially those who have relatives/connections with the higher officials should also stop taking those financial assistance money sent by central government to support genuine entrepreneurs in our state if the real intentions is not to start any business.

    Our Naga people need to know that business is not only about buying and selling .... Alot of things goes on in between them ..like finding the right market, setting up supply chain, knowing the competition and who controls the market and making plans accordingly example Low price with better quality then the competition ... advertisement campaign which is expensive but the most important and crucial part that will determine the success of one's business and also knowledge to capitalise and expand it as most businesses run out of business by the 5th year or so even though being really profitable at the beginning ... Having a finished product without knowledge to turn it into money with no consumer is just a death stock waiting for a miracle which will never happen... Reason why education is very very important

    • @nobodycares3953

      @@nobodycares3953 name me one sucessful businesses or organisation that govt has helped outside???? ....you seriously don't know shit about startups in India .... Govt does not involve directly if they do then that whole meaning of private business should be changed....but they do help indirectly through schemes which they introduce both central and state level .... And for price there is a thing called minimum support price though which the government protects individual businesses from being exploited... And seriously don't blame everything on the government ... I know our government is incompetent but still blaming all of our shortcomings on them should be stopped.... Our government are providing free training in every field be it computer to carpenter you name it ....and also job placement in private companies.... And yet our people have the audacity to complain about everything expecting the government to spoon feed them on everything by just staying home doing nothing productive which will help them in future infact most don't even take a second of their time to think about their future they mindset are ki hob hob ...and not studying enjoying partying play games and complaining ... Our people only like to brag about our past like moikhan tho headhunter takhi Sha Dey damali nai ... while others are working and building their future step by step

      @@noname-vk9tb I hope you understand the word 'assist' I mentioned under which comes various govt 'indirect support' through initiatives like MSP, Loans, Demand-Supply chain, efficient APMC, GM crops, Provision of fertilizers, and different skill trainings across sectors. I didn't blame govt, I just said citizens (mostly unskilled and unaware of market systems in our state) alone cannot achieve like other states. We're still at nascent stage in business. And regarding skill training you mentioned about computer , carpentry, mechanical etc,, I hope you're aware that the seats are very limited throughout the state. Not even 100 applicants are skilled in a year. And the location of training centres in different districts have one major problem, for instance if you are from tuensang and wants to pursue carpentry you have to reside in Kohima, for sewing and tailoring you have to reside in dimapur, for mechanical at wokha , for computer at Mon etc. Isn't that a pseudo-initiative based on assumptions that only Kohima people needs carpentry training, or dimapurians needs mechanical...? Why not provide more seats, and make available all the training centres in every districts.
      Many villages produce tons of vegetables but where's the road for transportation? Where's the insurance incase of crop failure? Where's the loan for genuine entrepreneurs? The view is always clear from the top, govt should know which product is in demand and where? All these incentives I mentioned are widely available in mainland states to the extent of waiving loans of poor farmers.
      What is our government actually doing at ground level? Casually organizing seminars and workshops won't make any difference.. Our people are not lazy, we simply lack support systems.

    • @noname-vk9tb
      @noname-vk9tb Před rokem +1

      @@nobodycares3953yup not in all districts but training are available with enough seats be most or not taking up that too some are providing with accommodation...... And about loans do you even read any news at all??? .... There are lots and lots of schemes for farmers be it credits infrastructure funds crop insurance and so on the recent one being PM kisan which is free money to farmers aso PMYA which is free house and also PM kisan maa dahan yojana which is an old age pension scheme for small landholding farmers... And about tons of support of vegetables your talking about give me one village which is producing a ton of it and which vegitable.... I don't think there are any individual who are producing it big ....most are only producing for self sustaining and for meeting their daily needs .... And btw for other districts i don't know since I'm from dimapur but there is a first AC organic market in dimapur which source their products form such small time farmers in Nagaland.... And also some few years back an organic market was set up in supermarket near sumo counter with problem sheds and it didn't run even for a year.... The problem is most nagas are price sensitive and such organic Products since it is not being sourced from single farmers as none are big time farmers but sourced form multiple small farmers from different places the product once it reach the market becomes expensive which most of our people are not will to pay for ... For example go visit Organic AC store in agri expo you'll know.... And if our people are as hardworking as you say then why are majority of our people only hoping for govt jobs that too without studying... Why are they not willing to start small .... And which opportunity are you waiting for the government to provide... Like seriously? We nagas as we grow up we depend and demand and complain everything to our parents and after growing up we do that to government .... Where is the idea of self sufficient and self reliant???? ..... Look at other states and our state ... Our state's are getting a lots of opportunities comparing to others because of our backward quota and because of article 371a ... Imagine tomorrow our special status is taken away and suddenly we have to compete in every field without backward quota or those special provisions protection us and we also have to pay like a normal citizen of india would ...if that becomes the really then our naga society will crumble and fall to the ground... And about unawareness your talking about ... That's why education is important like I said earlier there is no way around

    • @nobodycares3953
      @nobodycares3953 Před rokem +2

      @@noname-vk9tb Being from Dimapur you might have theoritical knowledge but I come from far rural so I have first hand experience of what I'm talking about. And I'm not blaming entirely on govt, what I mean is govt is not doing 'enough' as compared to mainland states. But the problem here is far more complicated than it appears. We also can't deny the problem of illegal taxations that's literally screwing locals startups across state which are often not reported. It's time to look at the problem in a holistic perspective. Both govt and citizens should collaborate. It's not wise to blame either exclusively. Not everyone is lazy and not everyone is hardworking. Schemes are there but how effective they are at grassroot level is the cause of concern. But the fundamental factor boils down to the question of Naga solution. States alone cannot develop industries, we need investment from outside too which will come only in a productive and congenial environment which will deliver good return while providing employment opportunities as well. This won't happen in an insurgency inflicted region like ours. And ofcourse this should not be an excuse to remain broke and complain, but there's still scope for creating supportive systems and environment.

Even the then Guv P B Acharya recognised the unique skill of Mr M Jungio & offered help, but seem the leaders of Nagaland are ready only to promote entrepreneurs from their near and dear ones only. This is laughable and condemnable on the part of the respective dept. & ministry.
