Required Tools:
Socket wrench or impact wrench
Socket size 18 and 19
Torque wrench
Socket extension 2" and 10"
Floor jack
Lumber 12” 4x4
Lumber 16” 4x4
Lumber 20” 4x4
Remove or modify lower Radiator fan shroud
Replace Fuel filler neck hose to extend 3ft

So for the front bumper you could have cut a steel bar and mounted it on the lower plate then put the bumper with the fog lights on that. No more gaps
