I read an interview with Michael Amott of Arch Enemy and he said Alissa actually doesn't really like to do clean vocals, she prefers the screaming vocals. But yes she has an amazing voice .
This is Alissa's best clean singing so far. It's a shame that she doesn't often use her beautiful voice to sing this kind of melodious songs. We definitely need Alissa for Arch Enemy for her powerful growling vocal but she can sing clean songs as a side project. And what can we say about Charlotte? She proved herself one of the best singer of symphonic metal long ago.
"Reason to Believe" is one of her best song mixing growling and clean voice, with Arch Enemy.
It's sort of a shame that Alissa isn't using her clean singing voice more often. She has a wonderful voice!

Alissa is a miracle of magic. She has such an amazing breathtaking voice. Whether she's singing clean or throat singing, she's just a stunner. There are really not many who can implement it so professionally. Am I jealous, yes!

My favorite song of Charlotte's so far. These women are basically the best singers in metal. They are also both beautiful. Btw I didn't know Alyssa plays guitar! 3:44 Pretty cool. More music from these two would be great. Alyssa's clean vocals are top notch and underutilized if you ask me (I remember she did an amazing version of Swan lake a capella that showcases her abilities).

It's funny to me how many comments there are from people who aren't familiar with Alissa's clean vocals. Go back and listen to her version of "Swan Lake" in the old Agonist catalogue. OMG it was amazing. Gave me goose bumps listening to that. Her cleans have always been some of the best in the business.

Not really funny at all. If you don't like growling and you have maybe heared 5-6 songs from her where ist just growling the whole time, your maybe not really interested to checkout even more of her.
I had the same problem with Melissa Bonny when she was at "Rage of Light", thankfully with Ad Infinitum she now uses growls only as a "special effect", which is fine for me, instead of overusing them.
Yeah another one is Seraina Telli. I was never that impressed with Burning Witches, but now that she's doin Dead Venus and her solo stuff, she's amazing. She has good screams but OMG her clean singing is wonderful. She's a great songwriter too. 😍@@beldin2987
