I was not ready for Crumboy and All For One. I was barely ready for Bloody Hime. The uncanny valley of seeing these people redesigned as heroes is way more jarring than I was expecting.
I like to imagine, in this au, that Jin is basically the Flash, personality wise. Overpowered hero goes out of his way to befriend and empathize with his villains.
Twice and some of his clones corner you after you rob a bank and offer to lend you cash if ya put the money back
This is the power of therapy and good parental figures
Okay seriously though, these guys actually look like genuine heroes you could trust with your life.
I love them all. Full Force actually looks so kind and Touya looks happy and Toga looks happy and Jin looks happy and they all look happy! 😊😊

I loved their looks as heroes, especially Toga (I think her heroine outfit is my favorite now) Geten, Chisaki, Toya, Shigaraki (he looked so different as a hero, the heroism was good for him) and for some reason AFO gave me a Lex Luthor vibe

I always thought Muscular's villain name didn't have enough pizazz. If they added Man to the end of it, then it would've sounded more comic book worthy. But I did like it when they started calling him Jailbreaker after All For One broke out of prison.
I still don't see how Himiko could ever become a hero, even if she tried. Like there must be some people in the MHA universe who face prejudice because their quirks seem too weird or freaky to society.
I can tell that Dabi is wearing a special suit that is constantly keeping him cold so his quirk doesn't burn him.
Even as a hero, All For One looks like a villain pretending to be a hero.
Toga could run an agency where her sidekicks donate (like a blood bank) so she can use it to transform during missions. She only needs a cup to transform for 1 full day, which is plenty of time. And it not like she needs to use the whole cup.
If someone is injured, she could transform into them and do a blood transfusion.
The main reason Toga is a villain is because she never learned how to use her quirk safely and with consent. It's not too different from Shinso's Brainwashing.

I think kyudai won't make it to top 20, kurogiri is originally not a villain, gigantomachia have so many quirks, nemu is manmade. Thus, I only chose to who have natural quirks and are originally villains..

You did such a great job on all of these. I still feel like even this version of All For One is secretly evil. He’s been playing the long game becoming number one and is waiting for the right moment to betray everyone. It’s something in the eyes. Was that on purpose?
Why betray everyone when he can play with them as the eternal hero instead? Manipulating everyone behind the scenes seems much more his deal, and doing so in such a way that society loves him while he does it? Yeah, he's living his best life in this verse. XD
