Simple ESP8266 project to turn "old school" RF outlets smarter. Controlling 433MHz devices via WiFi.
Modern IoT devices are great, but we still have our old RF outlets, garage door openers and other devices that operate on 433MHz frequency. Instead of replacing all of them at once with modern equivalents, I decided to build a bridge that connects those existing RF devices to WiFi.
    LIBRARY LINKS:
SmartRC-CC1101-Driver-Lib (Low level driver for CC1101):
    github.com/LSatan/SmartRC-CC1...
rc-switch (For communicating with devices like RF outlets. Also compatible with simpler RF modules)
    github.com/sui77/rc-switch
    HARDWARE MODULES:
The CC1101 module used in this project is called "as07-m1101s" and the ESP8266 board is Wemos D1 Mini, both are bought from eBay/Aliexpress.
CODE AND SCHEMATIC: I will upload project details to PCBWAY.COM's shared projects section after the new year. PCB design has some errors I need to fix and test.

Nice project! Maybe you can combine it with ESPhome? Or at least with MQTT? Although I got rid of my simple 433MHz devices years ago :D
