Personally through my experience Mr.Conrad Sangma is really a good person with generosity. I have known him right from those days as an MP. Especially with the youths he is always helpful and always available. But politically especially with NPP how he is running the govt. im speechless as I'm not happy too with this part.

I was wondering how such decision was taken without considering the basic guidelines of the UGC and the other welfare measures of all its citizens that belong the so called indigenous Meghalaya State .
The best Chief Minister will make arrangements for job placement to countrries where the currency volue is more than Indian currency. I believe the value of Indian currency is more than a few countries like Japan Yen, Nepal. The placement for Meghalayans (Hynniew Trep) should be encouraged to countries like USA, UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand etc
