Hi Bro! I watched your video completely. I agree with most of your points but I just want to let you know that there is another perspective as well.
1. Shorts or small videos even allowed small-scale businesses, doctors or any other professionals for that matter to make video on consistent basis .
2. As a beginner, it takes a lot of hardwork and technical skills to create a long video on regular basis. Shorts and small video allow beginner to make content with a lot of confidence as you don't need to create thumbnail and doesn't need to know lot of editing as well.
3. Yes, finding 100% genuine content is comparatively hard which youtube needs to work on I feel AND also creators like you are now simplifying the process.
4. End of the day I feel small videos have provided a lot opportunity for everybody to be a content creator. Its upto us and the platform to keep the balance going.

3. Dislike button was removed to avoid hate campaign, that helps even against small creators
4. Good content can still be found without dislike count by checking ratio of "likes/views", moreover dislike count can be seen by CZcams, so those vidseos would not be suggested in top result.
