Y’all just love to fuck up a great song. Girl has a good voice yeah, but this song is about so much more.
Backing better
The word 'Everybody' has got an S on the end of it so why are you singing 'Everybody' instead of 'Everybody's'?. This is probably one of the worst covers I have ever heard in my life. The flow of the Korgis version has totally gone. The Korgis version was so easy on the ear because of the arrangement of their version. This version is not easy on the ear in any way. I don't know who arranged this version but because of the arrangement there isn't any part of the song that you can grab onto and get it in your head. People say you have to 'make it your own' but the thing that some people don't understand is when you do a cover you have to stay faithful to the original to a certain extent otherwise there's no point doing the cover in the first place.
