Yeah it’s such a shame. Even Owerri that has seen a lot of expansion in the last 20 years, the infrastructure erected is not of quality and now even major roads in Owerri become flooded and dilapidated during rainy season.
Orlu, Oguta, and Mbaise should all be well developed towns by now.
